Position : Channel Marketing Manager ( Route- to-market)

Salary : USD 5,000- USD 7,000 + good benefit or negotiate

Report to : Director of Retail Partner

Working : Ho Chi Minh city

Scope of work:

  • Adapt and executes the channel growth action plan
  • Saturate the business done with channels :Generalist Distributors, Point of Sales, end-users.
  • Ensure the channel growth profitability


  • Define the route- to-market strategy for his/her channel
  • Develop, challenge the route- to-market strategy to continue expanding geographical and point of sales expansion
  • Contribute to define and adjust commercial policies
  • Ownership of customer service policy and define execution KPI to improve execution level of frontlines
  • Adapts and executes the Channel growth actions plan
  • Create the channel growth plan and deploy it
  • Contribute to define and adjust channel plan
  • Manage the customers ‘portfolio via providing channel insights and collaborating with offer marketing
  • Saturate business channel
  • Understand the channel needs and propose new offers to saturate channel growth
  • Leverage internal resources to deliver compelling marketing plan to generate demands via sales out, sales through
  • Use customer platforming data to segment portfolio to saturate channel growth
  • Ensure the channel’s profitability
  • Monitor topline and bottom-line and propose the action plan to achieve the target
  • Follow and review the Sales execution
  • Define the RTM strategy for assigned channels
  • Adapt and execute the Channel growth plan
  • Saturate assigned channels
  • Manage the customers’ portfolio (Customer Retentions & Customer Acquisitions
  • Ensure the channel’s profitability
  • Follow and review the Sales execution in the Channel
  • Propose Sales objectives and build the Customer Action Plan for the segment, in order to support the field sales force at country level.
  • Leverage internal resources to delivers preferred sales organization and skills, sales tool kits and training.
  • Drive at country level the sales force in the dedicated field of customer in order to secure the implementation .

Recruitment Standards:

  • At least 5- 10 year experience in operational marketing, channel development, business development
  • Residential offer products, Operational Marketing, Price Management
  • Understanding of company’s products and competitors is an advantage
  • Excellent sales orientation mindset
  • Commercial building market understanding and experiences
  • Strong offer knowledge and management; business acumen
  • Able to work independently, responsibly and reliably with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical ability, organizational skills and project management skills.
  • Excellent English communicator.
  • Willing to travel
