Scope of work

  • To be our customers’ advocate and single point of contact for all technical support.
  • To provide consistent ,best-in-class support,bymanaging,resolving, and preventing problemsefficiently;
  • communicating effectively; and exceeding customer expectations.
  • To take ownership of our customers’issues and complaints until resolved to their satisfaction.
  • To establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with our customers through open communication and continuous feedback.
  • To provide high-level customer service and technical expertise.
  • To respond  rapidly and positively to all customer inquiries
  • Follow standard procedures for properescalation of unresolve dissues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Lead and demonstrate technical and
  • Procedural excellence while managing difficult customers and escalations
  • Ensure every interaction creates the optimal customer experience.
  • To promote THE COMPANY’s products as a differential brand in the market.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 yearsofcustomer serviceexperience,especiallyin technicalsupport.
  • Knowledge of Distribution & Automation products and equipment.
  • Broad knowledge and experience in energy management,power distribution,monitoring and control,automation industry and systems.
  • An excellentcustomer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers ina professional manner arerequired.
  • Develop  the deep technical understanding in THE COMPANY products and equipment.
  • Stronginterpersonal communicationandcustomer service skills arerequiredin order towork
  • Successfully with customers in high stress and/or ambiguous situations. Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment.
  • Possess good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and excellen twriting(bothVietnamese andEnglish)skills. Proficientcomputerskills inAutoCAD,MS Office(Word,Excel,PowerPoint), etc.
