  • Participate in company projects, in charge of the supervision of printing advertising, design, creativity items
  • Receive design samples from other departments, check, modify and finalize the work. (Use Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator ... on Apple computer while working)
  • Align the layout according to guideline, complete the design, and transfer to the printing unit
  • Monitor the printing process from the receipt of product design, check the color palette, check the color accuracy of finished products (having knowledge and experience in working with the system of offset printing - mass production)
  • The work is mainly related to the design – printing technique
  • Job details will be discussed at the interview.


  • Strong attention to detail and carefulness is a must. Willing to work over-time if needed. Have passion with images working and good health.
  • Candidates with background in graphic design, printing technology from College or University, or own a certificate of professional training are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator… Using software on Apple computer well.
  • Knowledgeable of offset printing technique (mass production), package printing technique is a plus.

  • Overseeing Office’s accounting operations to ensure all activities run smoothly. This includes managing money-in, money-out, financial reporting and payroll
  • Checking all Tax returns (business tax, CIT, PIT, VAT, annual Tax finalization returns) accurately before submitting to authority regulatory timely; prepare monthly PIT declaration of manager (foreigner), submit and payment to Tax Department, PIT finalization.
  • Report performance management to Corporate Co ( volumes, turnover, profit, cost, efficiency…), make an interpret and evaluate the report performance
  • Working with auditors during financial and operational audits, checking Annual Audit report; and prepare another report as internal requirement;
  • Liaise with Tax officer and other related government agency to settle Tax and accounting issues;
  • Keeping documents (Sales order, Purchase orders, Bills, Invoices, Contract, Labor documents….) in files for tracking clearly
