Job title: Senior HR Officer

Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 + good benefit or negotiate

Working location: Ha Noi

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1.Talent Acquisition

  • Implement the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process to achieve targets and meet resource needs, in line with the company's strategy
  • Ensure efficient use of recruitment channels, and right approach to successfully respond to requirements;
  • Develop active recruitment channels with social networks, headhunting, right approaching to requirements
  • Benchmarking with competitors and market trends for proper advice ad direction.
  • Develop talent pools and networks, maintain active relationship with potential candidates;
  • Know in-depth the company's activities and resource challenges to properly plan, prioritize actions, and anticipate needs;
  • Organize induction for new comers, ensure best conditions for their integration;
  • Coordinate and develop strategic partnership with academics or hiring partners;
  • Build event plan, ensure efficient organization of events (job fairs, seminars, sponsorships...) to meet recruitment needs;
  • Ensure that contents for recruitment purpose (job descriptions, advertising articles...) are produced with highest quality;

2) Compensations & Benefits

  • Manage Compensation & benefits tasks to ensure accurate, aligned with labor law, company policies and timely processing of Payroll, Compulsory insurances, employee benefit, Employment Contract. HRIS support (well communication with HK Regional HR team)
  • Oversee the data integrity of HR system to ensure accuracy of reporting and analysis
  • Control employee data from their joining date to resignation on HR System and master files
  • Maintain records and manage hard-copy of personnel data, such as hires, transfers, leaves, and resignation
  • Follow up with Department Head to monitor the evaluation process for probation, renewal to prepare labor contracts
  • Executive monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurately

3) Performance Management

  • Able to deliver Performance Management session and Site Trek ambassador
  • Follow up Performance Management process as per Corporate and Region guidelines.

4) Client Service and Supporting SEA HR projects

  • To address all enquiries and capable to manage small 1:1  and group communication
  • Other tasks assigned by Site HR Manager or higher level of Management

Requirements:

  • University Degree required preferably in business administration or human resources management
  • Around 6-8 years HR experience in multi-national organisation covering all around HR general function not restricted to Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits and Performance Management
  • Have solid experience in administering the Human Resources Policies & best Practices, Company Rules & Regulation and labour regulation.
  • Experience in working a multi-national working environment with open mind and flexibility.
  • Capable in delivering a group sharing session and interact with people efficiently
  • Good Communication skills/ presentation skills in proficient verbal and written English.
  • Individual leadership, professional manner and self-confident and Initiative
  • People sensitivity, well organized, detailed, analytical mind, proactive and positive thinking
  • Eager to learn and willing to experience various work exposure
  • Based in Hanoi office, working independently and reporting to HR Manager.
  • Is required to travel to Hai Phong office as tasks needed

Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical service strategies to help the organization achieve strategic goals and objectives.
  • Be the point of contact for all Ulthera service related matters in-country.
  • Attends to Customer’s Ulthera technical service issues via phone and personal visit.
  • Reports, manages and liaises all Service matter to Helpdesk.
  • Follow up on all repair cases in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage the existing loaner and demo sets among the Customers.
  • Follows, executes and manages the Ulthera Service and troubleshooting SOP.
  • Prepares Service Reports and action lists for all service reviews and audits.
  • Manages problematic situations with customers regarding service repairs and phone troubleshooting.
  • Prepare meeting reports and actions list for all service reviews.
  • Work closely with all areas of the business to address customer issues or service improvements as required.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify, develop, implement and document new processes required to improve the service delivered to customers.
  • Ensure that customer incidents and requests are dealt with according to agreed guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of technical troubleshooting experience.
  • Minimum 2 years proven Customer service experience in the medical device industry in similar capacity. Experience in aesthetic environment will have an added advantage.
  • Quality Assurance experience is an added advantage.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to summarize and communicate the issue across the organization.
  • Good documentation skills, specifically around documenting both internal and customer processes.
  • High level of work professionalism in communicating with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • A pro-active approach to work, with a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver based on custom scoped Statements of Work to F5 customers.
  • Assume technical responsibilities that may include, but are not limited to, problem identification, systems architecture definition, hardware/software specification, design, implementation, testing, client training and solution deployment.

Language Requirements

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Must also be fluent in local language as this role supports our local customers.
  • Multiple language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Job may be performed on-site at a customer facility or data center, or in an office environment sitting at a desk or computer table.
  • Duties require the ability to utilize a computer keyboard, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
  • Duties require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends)
