Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish plans of character, integrity and quality which result in the long-range continued growth and profitability for the department.
  • Coordinate the selection, purchasing, storage, inventory, maintenance and usage of all related food and beverage supplier and equipment.
  • Work closely with local, state and governmental organizations in maintaining highest standards of health, sanitation and cleanliness in food and beverage area.
  • Develop new and analyses existing procedures and special promotions that will improve owner and guest patronage.
  • Approve the employment and termination of employees and is responsible for coordinating on the job training programs through department managers on a regular basis.
  • Coordinate the development, interpretation and implementation of policies, operating procedures and training programs, manuals, directives, menus, work schedules, rules and regulations for the food and beverage staff and personnel.
  • Handle all owner and guest complaints in the food and beverage area.
  • Responsible for obtaining maximum results in the utilization and appearance of food and beverage areas, quality levels, performance and standards of service.
  • Develop new techniques of service towards maximum guest satisfaction at minimum operating cost.
  • Develop and maintain effective communications between all operating departments.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

PROFILE

  • University Degree
  • Upgrade or Master in Food & Beverage or Hospitality
  • Management will be an advantage
  • Fluent English, a second language will be an advantage (better if Vietnamese).

Description

Job title: Home Beton Sales Manager

Salary range for position: $2,500-$3,000 + quarterly bonus + 2.5 months’ salary in the end of year (if achieved)

Working location: District 4, HCMC

Main duties:

Contribution to build Home Beton position as home building premium supplier & achieve or exceed targeted sales levels in a sustainable manner:

  • Analyst and define key customers to propose Sales Strategy
  • Forecast and tracking key accounts metrics
  • Keep update market trend and competitors
  • Handle key contractors and develop potential contractors to be key contractors
  • Collect information of competitor to analyze and making proposal promptly
  • Develop more customers/ projects to increase volume
  • Build up network with construction companies, contractors and projects
  • Plan and manage daily working from team to achieve weekly/monthly sales forecast

Debt & risk management  

  • Weekly/Monthly review payment plan vs actual payment.
  • Monitor 100% cash payment in advance to reduce risk of bad debt
  • Review customer debt and collect the arising amount

Ensure high level of customer satisfaction

  • Work with customers included contractors and home builder and give feedback to supporting Dept on time
  • Give feedback to customers on time to reduce the complaints
  • Cooperate with Marketing Team to build the strategy for Home Beton segment to increase customer satisfaction

Planning & reporting

  • Provide weekly/monthly/yearly sales volume forecast, debt update
  • Manage the whole process from ordering to paying
  • Work closely with Home Beton team to find out the reasons why projects getting low C2 and discuss actions for improvement promptly.

People development

  • Ensure a high performing sales team
  • Build up successor to maintain sustainable organization
  • Promote and contribute positively, act as role model to achieving the company OH&S target.

OHS responsibilities as spelt out in OHS-PR-12

  • Comply with all Insee OHS rules & regulations
  • Comply with Golden rules & FPE requirements
  • Report hazards, incident and Near miss incident
  • Role model in safety leadership

Requirements:

  • University degree or Master degree
  • At least 07 year - experience in sales, business, strategy
  • Strong communication, negotiation, flexible in problem solving
  • Having relationship with customers and contractors
  • Good analysis & logical thinking.
  • Good knowledge of construction field
