Description

Position: Field Engineer Executive

Salary : USD 800- USD 1000 + field allowances

Report : Technical Service Manager; General Director

Working location : HCMC Head office

  • Understand well the department's directions and objectives. Follow the action plan and assignment from Supervisor to handle/lead teammates to achieve unit's goal & objectives.
  • Take ownership and teamwork with related parties to contribute for company/team performance
  • In charge technical matters in assigned territory (HCM Neighbor & South Eastern
  • Support P&M regarding evaluate and build up FC channel in Technical matters

Challenges:

Workload: Many assignments in wide range of FE activities, in period of systemizing activities with evaluation setting up

Claim tire handling: Solving strong complaining cases at the checking places with high pressure from end user /customer

Project management: lack of experience in proceduring holding to process project on time

Accountabilities:

  • Support to build up BTTC (Survey, Training, support tools)
    • Study BTE program for TB FC
  • Trial 3S model for TB FC
  • Update information of new products by Count surveys/ Data import/ from SALE and P&M
  • Allocate PIC to collect information/ NPI based on dealer and territory
  • Collect data of products (key brands/ sizes/ pattern) in market, issue NPI
  • Cooperate with IT to create data storage on share point
  • Upload data into Share Point for all teams
  • Goodwill program with collaboration of car makers
  • Follow up goodwill program, confirmation and payment
  • Build up explaination videos for common damages
  • Check claim tire, making reply letter, issue reply letter
  • Field Test : include of make an appointment, checking, key in data, make report
  • Training on site for dealer/family channel/end-user
  • Handle team activities/projects in assigned territory
  • Support Sale/P&M activities.

Description

Head of Sales & Marketing – Residential Development.

Salary : $4,000 - $6,000 + good benefit or negotiate

Report to : Chief Investment Director

Position Description

  • Assume full responsibility for and overall direction over the sales and marketing strategies for selling the residential development investment projects
  • Immediate project, a high-end, over $100 million fully-integrated beachfront resort and residences

Key areas of focus include:

  • Providing commercial input on required legal documentation/contracts
  • Administration oversight of residential sales to meet/exceed board approved investment targets
  • Preparing sales and marketing campaign from pre-launch to sales completion
  • Managing third-party agents
  • Overseeing on-site sales galleries and preparing marketing collateral materials
  • Co-ordinating cross departmentally to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns through to villa handover

Qualifications

  • 5 - 7 years of relevant industry positions, along with managerial experience overseeing
    directing teams in service-oriented organizations

Experience and Knowledge

  • Deep knowledge of Vietnam residential market and general property ownership legal framework
  • Residential sales management expertise, including background in sales collections, lead follow-up, marketing campaigns, third-party agents, and administration of deposit agreements
  • Understanding of local property sector rules and conventions
  • Experience in the residential second-home market and perspective on the key players and products types

Skills and Abilities

  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Management and timely reporting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and co-ordination skills - able to solve problems creatively come up with solutions to difficult issues
