Key Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for all spectrum of Remuneration (PIT, remuneration, SI& HI), analyzing the salary & benefit survey
  • Develop the proposal of salary review, benefit review, retention strategies and new recruitment basing on market practice/development, benchmark results and business goals.
  • Develop and implement company - wide strategies for recruitment, training, incentive and motivation.
  • Support all the department managers to achieve company objectives by recruit the best talents to fulfill needs and empower the growth of the organization while developing policies to retain the best staff.
  • Develop, update and implement company regulations as well HR policies in accordance with business requirements and Labor Loaw, procedure in company and best practices in company Provide timely and professional HR advice to the management.
  • Employee engagement & Retention Strategies (Working Culture, Family Inclusion, Internal Communication & Caring Culture, Non-monetary reward, Long service & recognition program, STAY Interview, On-boarding program).
  • Enhance of the employee morale and increasing the collaboration & teamwork spirit across functions & offices.
  • Lead & manage the Talent Acquisition: employer branding, attract the talents in different channels & tools for effective resources to meet business strategies.
  • Lead& manage People Planning, People Development, to build the potential leaders for succession planning and meet business strategies
  • Lead & manage HR projects: Employee Engagement Survey, Succession Planning, Sales Talent Pool, Payroll
  • Develop & enhance HR systems, HR policy and procedures to create value-added HR Services to Business Line: payroll process, talent acquisition process, people development, employee performance management and consequence management
  • Analyze T&D needs, build the training budget, design & propose the training calendar and evaluate the training effectiveness.
  • Handle employee grievances and employee issues with maturity & compliance.
  • Organize staff's yearly event: brand review, company trip, regional meeting, year end party.
