Tasks

  • Manage Entire Vietnam CS organization Train sewing machine to CS/ Sales staff
  • Feedback technical report from customer to Top management. Report CS activity to Top management.
  • Using managing system to manage for all CS staff activities
  • Find out the problems of daily activities and propose the solution.

Requirement

  • More than 3-year work experience as an Engineer at sewing factory PC SKILLUsing powerpoint and excel
  • Nationality: Vietnamese or Chinese
  • Language: a basic level of English

Responsibilities:

  • Assist CEO the daily administration tasks/ paper works.
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive leadership team.
  • Direct responsibility for meeting preparation ( meeting minutes, schedules, prepare the necessary information for the meeting )
  • Perform advanced and confidential administrative duties as required by daily office operations

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3-5 years' related work experiences.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field
  3. Can fluently speak English + can do good paperwork ( report )
  4. High sense of business target, multi-task can be, flexible mind,
  5. Positive career up ( in future want to be managing director at the final career )
