Job Duties:

  • To be responsible for Top Sales turnover for air & sea freight, and Contract logistics;
  • To be directly responsible for the Air & Sea sales development and with targets;
  • To monitor & coach the sales team to expand their capabilities and build sales managers in the organization;
  • To plan and implement Sales and Marketing strategies for the Company Branch;
  • To help establish and direct the development and implementation of short and long term business plans for the company and to oversee preparation of divisional sales budgets in support of these plans;
  • To plan and lead the direction of the department to deliver quality, timely and successful responses to RFQs. To ensure that transportation concepts and value added services are offered;
  •  Anticipate and effectively deal with and inform the Country Management about market and customer trends that could enhance the organization’s opportunities or adversely impact business results;
  •  To establish meaningful KPIs and monitor the success for the sales team;
  •  To establish periodical reports and statistics for the Country Management;
  •  To represent the company in business associations;
  •  To contribute to the identification of specific business opportunities and participate in development of new or modified service offerings;
  •  To interface with other departments to ensure a smooth working relationship. Ensures sales contracts indicate clear payment terms and helps to collect accounts receivables as and when needed;
  •  To ensure that the department’s operations conform to laws, policies, rules and regulations of the relevant authorities and the company.;
  •  To travel in the region and inter-continental as and when required;
  •  Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of his/her belonging to the Company Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness;
  • Any others additional task and duties as required by the Managing Director;

Requirement:

 Education:  Bachelor degree or above;

Experience:  forwarding experience and management experience;

Language Skills:  Fluent English both in written and speaking;

Computer Skills: Good Microsoft office operation skill;

Job Description

  • Implement packaging projects and packaging portion of major new product and improvement product projects for local as well as exporting market, coordinate with other functions/department (Marketing, Production, Planning…) to ensure delivered product meets customer requirements.
  • Employ innovative approaches to develop new packages and/or packaging systems for existing and new products to meet consumer business unit objectives. Provide complete, accurate specifications to help ensure the optimal execution of packaging projects.
  • Develop knowledge and skills to utilize packaging engineering and scientific systems/tools required for continued growth as a packaging engineer. Understand factors that impact packaging through the supply chain and apply best practices to ensure delivered product meets customer/ shopper/user expectations
  • Apply engineering training to problem-solving situations on packaging structures, materials or processes. Provide support to ensure cost-effective package, and/or material performance. Recommend technical direction to business plans.
  • Hire, coach, guide and monitor team members and teach specific packaging related technical knowledge to others.

Requirements:

  • Speaking fluently English or Chinese
  • Packaging experience is a must
  • Solid background in professional packaging management
  • Minimum 2 years working experience

  • Report project activities with up-to-date information and escalate critical issues

  • Engage with local government agencies, related industrial associations to understand policies or initiatives to be implemented

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with at least 10 years in Sales and/or Marketing experience in Electronics Industry
  • A good knowledge of system & application level understanding in Industrial applications is an advantage
  • Excellent presentation & persuasive communication skills, enthusiastic, possess a “can-do” spirit and ability to influence team towards a common goal
  • Quick learner and analytic thinker, high performance orientation
  • Ability to work under pressure and willing to do some travelling

  • Sales:
    Monitor and grow assigned Vietnam joint accounts. Maintain good relationship with all levels and contracts negotiation with customers.
  • Strategy:
    Define segment goals for Joint Account Vietnam customers by implementing appropriate sales strategy to achieve sales targets and maximise Infineon business.
  • Demand Creation:
    Drive design in activities through regular joint customer visit and propose solutions. Team up with division Field Application Engineers to ensure Infineon is in every socket of customers design.
  • Operation:
    Ensure input of revenue forecast and budgeting for designated Vietnam joint account. Prepare sales budget by account and define design creation goals.
  • Resolve all issues with regards to assigned Vietnam joint accounts on delivery, quality matters, legal matters, pricing alignment.
  • Forge strong relationship within management, customer's senior management , distributors and divisions and bridge up any expectation gaps.
  • Drive cross selling across all divisions for Vietnam joint accounts.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant and inclusive of direct sales, technical and distribution management experience
  • Good knowledge to interface with Sales organisation,Distribution partners, Marketing, Logistics,Business and Finance
  • Requires good analytical skills to analysis data, reports and information available to resolve problems or formulate strategies
  • Provide solutions on critical issue face by end customer and distributor
  • High level of listening and negotiation skill for business closure and problem solving

Customer Care Excellence. Supporting CCE local network champions in ensuring integrated support across all 5 building blocks and prioritization of key program milestones receives adequate resourcing level from local and global business owners

Sales Operations. Contribute to global Sales Ops leader in building Sales Op modules that provides spend visibility and governance, optimized resource allocation model and corresponding enablers impacting evolving commercial policies, relevant logistics offers and support needed roll out in 2014 onwards.

Requirements:

Education:

University degrees in Business/Marketing(MBA preferred)

Working Experience:

8+ years sales & marketing experience in relevant industry

Business Understanding:

Sales &Marketing profile with good understanding of “sell-out” operating model / demand generation preferred

Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):

  • Good command of spoken and written English. Computer literate and presentation skills
  • Passionate about “Digitization” and understand digital clock-speed way of working
