Seeking a high calibre professional to join our Asian HR Team, based atHo Chi Minh, Vietnam.


  • Site leadership HR interface: Coach leadership in matters relating to people, HR processes, employment practices, HR programs and corresponding impact on the business.
  • Recruitment and Staffing : Participates in the talent acquisition process from collecting specific job requirements, preparing and posting job advertisements, sourcing (both passive and direct), screening and interviewing candidates in collaboration with the Hiring Managers.
  • Employee Compensation : Manage the local payroll administration and employee compensation matters.
  • Partners with corporate/Regional HR to drive the annual salary administration process for the business unit.
  • Works closely with the compensation team on compensation analysis for promotions and job leveling and etc.
  • Employee Benefit: Manages all employee benefit programs and recommends plan design changes and improvements with a goal of continuously improving cost to benefit ratio.
  • Communicates value and content of benefit programs to employees and ensures programs comply with all legal requirements.
  • Oversee ongoing benefit administration with focus on efficient administration and exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with external brokers to evaluate programs, utilization, and rates.
  • Performance Management: Develops strategies to maximize employee/organizational performance and goal attainment.
  • Provides training to management on performance management systems to ensure annual performance goals are established and annual reviews are conducted.
  • Talent Development : Partners with the leadership teams to create development and succession plans to support the overall business goals.
  • Works with Site Leaders and Regional Human Resources to implement the HR initiatives and programs, and has on-going accountability for managing these programs according to country and corporate design.
  • It will involve the substantial partnership with regional L&D in developing the training program, tools and resources.
  • Employee productivity and engagement: Collaborates with business managers on analysis and roll-out of employee survey results including follow-up on identifying and addressing survey issues.
  • Develops ideas to enhance the work environment, improve employee engagement, and strengthen employee relations.
  • Employee relationship: Responds to employee relations’ issues by counseling employees/management on personnel policies and work related problems.
  • Works in a problem solving capacity to resolve issues and continuously improve Sportswear’s overall employee morale. It also include the organize the employee relationship activities and team building
  • HR planning and reporting : Coordinates headcount planning, budgeting, and implementation of training programs for managers and leaders in the organization.
  • Generates management information reports (turnover, recruitment, headcount budget, salary budget, etc.) as and when required.
  • Site ambassador for corporate and regional HR program : Participate in Corporate and Regional HR Projects covering all aspects including all site briefing sessions.

Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent related field.
  • Minimum 10 years’ HR experience in multi-national organization covering recruitment & Selection,
  • compensation & Benefit, talent development and employee relationship. Experience in supervision is necessary.
  • Solid Knowledge in current and proposed legislation and regulations affecting all areas of personnel administration.
  • Effective and influential communication skill with proficiency level in English
  • Strong sense of ownership and work independently with remote reporting line.
  • Logical, have business acumen and can demonstrate HR consulting skill with the senior level. S
  • elf-starter and driver for good quality of work.
  • Strategic /re-engineering mindset and capable to interpret the complex situation and work out the effective recommendation for management review.
  • Positive and open mind to adopt new ideas and suggestions for improvement
  • This role is required to travel within Asia at reasonable frequency

  • Deliver based on custom scoped Statements of Work to F5 customers.
  • Assume technical responsibilities that may include, but are not limited to, problem identification, systems architecture definition, hardware/software specification, design, implementation, testing, client training and solution deployment.
  • Manage customer interaction and engagement, including documentation and follow-up.
  • Maintain expert level proficiency of F5 products and technologies through self-directed and formal training.

  • Understanding of NFV/SDN technologies, ideally coupled with experience using OpenStack, VMware NSX, Cisco ACI.
  • Experience with DevOps and programmability - e.g. NodeJS and leveraging REST.
  • Working knowledge and proficiency in F5 products and technologies – LTM, GTM/DNS, ASM, APM, AFM.
  • Experience with TCL and JavaScript, ideally having used them in iRules and/or iControl.
  • Experience with application level switching and web technologies such as web application firewalls (WAF) and caching/compression.
  • Experience with IPSec and/or SSL VPN technologies.
  • Experience with ZebOS, BIND, SSH daemons/clients, tcpdump, snoop, ethereal and other packet sniffing software or products.
  • Experience with hosting implementations using IIS, Apache, NGINX, WebSphere, WebLogic, Oracle or similar web and application platforms.
  • Experience with scripting and development in *nix shell, Perl, Java, JavaScript, Python, C/C++, or similar environments.
  • Should be hands-on and be able to perform the function independently.
  • Ability to articulate and transfer complex ideas to a wide audience through both verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated strong written communication, presentation writing, and technical documentation skills.
  • Certified on at least one or more F5 products is a plus.
  • Obtain 30x certification within 3 months from start date.

Language Requirements

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Must also be fluent in local language as this role supports our local customers.
  • Multiple language skills are a plus.


  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of related experience in a technical environment.
  • Should be hands-on and be able to perform the function independently.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Job may be performed on-site at a customer facility or data center, or in an office environment sitting at a desk or computer table.
  • Duties require the ability to utilize a computer keyboard, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
  • Duties require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends)

Position Title: Quality & Regulatory Affairs Assistant

Functionally reports to: Senior QRA Specialist

Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Regulatory Affairs/ Product Registration (from 70%)

  • Prepare, submit and follow up for product approvals and registrations in full compliance with local regulations while building and maintaining good relation with health authorities
  • Work with internal departments to support Drager’s product registration needs such as consolidating Vietnamese Instructions for Use/Quick guides, and making Vietnamese labels
  • Work with external stakeholders such as local RA partners engaged in the registration process
  • Support in tender requests, customer inquiries/letters for QRA issues; reporting variations, and other reporting to authorities.

2. Intergrated System Management & Quality Affairs (15%)

  • Support Integrated Management Systems: field actions, corrective action, product recalls if there is, advisory/warning notices, customer complaints, non-conforming products - including manage internal quality systems
  • Implement and maintain effective controls for non-conforming product handling, reporting, labelling and disposition
  • Support internal & external audits by notified bodies in collaboration with Regional Quality Head; elimination of findings with appropriate immediate actions, corrective actions and effectiveness checks

3. Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental System (5%)

  • Maintain and monitor library of regulations, policies, standards, and other quality, occupational HSE system documentation as required, online and offline
  • Coordinate related events and trainings, consolidate HSE data, register incident and accident, incident investigations if there is

4. Other assigments by QRA Specialist (10%)

  • Administrative tasks such as payment, dossier filling
  • Note: Proportion & priorities of the job can change depends on the needs of work & regulations at a given time.

Position Requirements:

  • College degree, vocational training or comparable business experience, medical/technical background prefered but not complusory
