Job title: Technical Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical service strategies to help the organization achieve strategic goals and objectives.
  • Be the point of contact for all Ulthera service related matters in-country.
  • Attends to Customer’s Ulthera technical service issues via phone and personal visit.
  • Reports, manages and liaises all Service matter to Helpdesk.
  • Follow up on all repair cases in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage the existing loaner and demo sets among the Customers.
  • Follows, executes and manages the Ulthera Service and troubleshooting SOP.
  • Prepares Service Reports and action lists for all service reviews and audits.
  • Manages problematic situations with customers regarding service repairs and phone troubleshooting.
  • Prepare meeting reports and actions list for all service reviews.
  • Work closely with all areas of the business to address customer issues or service improvements as required.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify, develop, implement and document new processes required to improve the service delivered to customers.
  • Ensure that customer incidents and requests are dealt with according to agreed guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of technical troubleshooting experience.
  • Minimum 2 years proven Customer service experience in the medical device industry in similar capacity. Experience in aesthetic environment will have an added advantage.
  • Quality Assurance experience is an added advantage.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to summarize and communicate the issue across the organization.
  • Good documentation skills, specifically around documenting both internal and customer processes.
  • High level of work professionalism in communicating with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • A pro-active approach to work, with a positive can-do attitude.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General Job Summary

The Product Specialist based in Hanoi/HCM is responsible for selling the Company Portfolio (injectables and Ultherapy) to Aesthetic Clinics and Hospitals.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities include the following:

  • Territory planning & execution of business plan in respective territory
  • Build target segmentation within territory
  • Contact potential customers at hospitals, clinics, and doctors’ offices to sell the Company portfolio products
  • Deliver presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in hospitals and clinics.
  • Build strong business partnership with customers
  • Provide competitive information such as bid situations, pricing data, or bundling arrangements in order to establish negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products.
  • Improve product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or business discussion with customers
  • Gathers, analyzes and delivers information from the field to allow the company to develop strategies and products
  • Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer services, marketing and finance
  • Collect orders & assist customers to place order
  • Stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area.
