Position: Senior Sales Manager (Japanese/Korean)

Salary $3,000 - $4,000 + good benefit or negotiate

Location: HCMC or Hanoi

Report to: Deputy CEO

Key requirement : Fluent in both Japanese/Korean and English

Job Purpose: Introduce Japan/Korea Practice Team in Vietnam in order to promote the COMPANY product to the Japanese/Korean community and maintain as well as develop business with Japanese/Korean corporations.

Main responses:

  • Develop objectives and business plan for the departments in charge which are aligned with company’s objectives and strategy.
  • Building up and maintaining close relationship with people at potential investors, before and during their business operations in Vietnam.
  • Take a proactive role in providing input information and proposing different business strategies for sales team.
  • Define sales development and action plan every year within the given budget.
  • Identify opportunities to expand/ improve business.
  • Maintain market observation and continuously improve the quality of service.
  • Mobilize all resources necessary to implement the sales plan and achieve the target.
  • Conduct periodical sales analysis and propose solutions for presentations and development
  • Take responsibility as a Client Relationship Manager
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects within the Group and the Company.
  • Provide training/ coaching to all direct reports in technical matters as well as managing people skills.

Job requirements:

  • University degree
  • In knowledge of sales industrial park concepts and its processing.
  • At least 3-5years’ experience at relevant position.
  • Japanese/Korean-native speaker
  • Excellent leadership, selling & consulting skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Initiative and critical sense, high integrity
  • Strong customer management
  • Fluent in both Japanese/Korean and English

Our client is a well -known US Real Estate developer who is expanding their business in Vietnam, seeking for :

Position: Legal Manager

Salary : USD 2,000- USD 2,500

Accountabilities:

1. The legal counsel will manage all legal related matters for the company

2. The Company business will involve legal matters in the following activities:

a. Land acquisition ( Land due diligence , contracts with land owners..etc)

b. Business acquisition ( Business due diligence )

c. License applications ( when we set up subsidiaries..etc )

d. Contracts with vendors ( construction companies are the big ones )

e. Financial loans ( with banks )

3. Most of the work will be outsourced hence the Legal counsel’s job is to manage the external law firms and provide comprehensive legal advise to management and share holders

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Legal degree.
  • 05 Experiences in legal counsel, experienced in real estate preferable.
  • Good analysis & Strong logical thinking skills, excellent communication.
  • Ownership, high sense of reponsibility, good discipline.

Job title: Chief Accountant

Salary: $2,500 - $4,000 + good benefit or negotiate

Location: Ho Chi Minh

Duties:

  • Assistant to BOD for: operating and financial control, business proposal, buget for operation, yearly budget, new project budget…
  • Money and assets management base on book entry and period checking: daily, monthly.
  • Prepare the tax reports submit to Tax government monthly, quarterly, yearly.
  • Prepare the management reports and analyze submit to BOD: P/L, budget, cashflow,
  • Tax reports, AR, AP, statistic, warehouse inventory…
  • Control Account Receivable, Account Payable, invenotry.
  • Tax and cash flow planning weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
  • Work with Tax and government: Work and negotiate with tax official for tax refund, tax finalization, closing company,…; work with auditor.
  • Work with bank official for credit limit, Bank performance, loan, fix deposit interest…
  • Check and Initial all documents before BOD signing: Advance, Purchase Order,
  • Disbursement form, Payment voucher, Receive Voucher, Contracts….
  • Review all contract with customers, supliers, subcontractors, owners…
  • Check and approve all monthly, quarter and yearly reports for submition to Tax Department.
  • Organizing accounting system for companies.
  • Design accounting procedure, internal control system.
  • Recruitment, management and periodic training for staff.
  • Finacial planning for projects.
  • Set up Internal control process and lead team finish that duty base on this process.
  • Other duties related to Accounting and Finance Department…

Professional Skills:

  • Computer skills: Typing, scan/copy/fax etc;
  • Computer Programs: Microsoft Office, Microsoft outlook, Power point etc;
  • Accounting software
  • Languages Spoken: English: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing;
  • Other skills: Leader skill, negotiation and problem solve skill, stand high pressure job;
