Senior Corporate Responsibility Specialist (Health and Safety)

Location: Ha Noi

Position Summary

  • Research and develop occupational health and safety standards and best practices to support development, worker safety and manufacturing safety programs. Liaise with functional teams and manufacturing partners to implement and promote supplier ownership on health and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and maintain knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and compliance standards of the Asian countries. Maintain and develop specific standards and requirements.
  • Work closely with Corporate Responsibility (CR) teams to promote supplier health and safety ownership through training, SMP monitoring and capacity building.
  • Work closely with offices for apparel, accessories, footwear and retail to implement specific health and safety initiatives for suppliers.
  • Develop country specific training programs which help supplier develop worker safety ownership. Develop and lead manufacturing health and safety training for internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities with industry and brand partners to drive best practices, joint standards and capacity building for suppliers.
  • Develop partnership and manage business relationships with third party service providers.
  • Synthesize health and safety data and measure performance to drive improvement. Support communication with internal and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Science, Social Science or related fields.
  • 5 years of experience which minimum 4 years in Occupational Health and Safety position, or manufacturing compliance position in apparel, accessories and footwear industry. Work experience in international brands or sourcing offices is an advantage.
  • Professional occupational health and safety officer qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH/OSHA or equivalent).
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and local language are required. Proficiency in Asian languages is an advantage.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills (training/presentation, facilitation, team collaboration, communication)
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic, willing to learn, with good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Travel is expected to be up to 50%, domestically and internationally.

SET UP SALES DISTRIBUTION NET-WORK:

  • To do market survey and set up route plan for sales representation to work in the market place
  • Set up sales distribution net-work to sub-dealers/ car dealers
  • To recruit, train, motivate, counsel, discipline and control his subordinates
  • To plan optimal trade coverage and control collage effectiveness.
  • To control the application of trade terms, credit policy, and promotions to dealers
  • To Direct and control the execution of Sell out/ in, trade coverage and product distribution/ display
  • To plan and control stocks level in Dealers/ Distributors
  • To establish effective relationship with his customers.
  • Visit the customers (dealers & sub dealers) to understand their needs and testing ideas.

SALES OPERATION:

  • Deploy trade activities to SR monthly meeting.
  • To follow up stock and budget allocation
  • To monitor sales kpis, sales incentives, SR attendance
  • To set and follow up the sales target
  • To do sales forecast for each product and send to sales manager for booking volume

MONITOR & EVALUATE TRADE ACTIVITY AND REPORT

  • Do the evaluation of key trade activities of the month and give his feedbacks
  • Review & revise the trade activities monthly if any
  • Analyze the data and report relating to sales in/ out, distribution, productive call, competitors' activity,headcount, price ...
  • To update action plan on monthly basic

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years of experience at Sales supervisor experience from famous and big FMCG manufacturer. He has to show his high performance
  • Have knowledge of tires or automobiles is preferred
  • Logical thinking with analysis & report.
  • Possess good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Good as negotiation & problem solving
  • Passionate about trade marketing
