Job title: Chief Accountant

Salary: $2,500 - $4,000 + good benefit or negotiate

Location: Ho Chi Minh

Duties:

  • Assistant to BOD for: operating and financial control, business proposal, buget for operation, yearly budget, new project budget…
  • Money and assets management base on book entry and period checking: daily, monthly.
  • Prepare the tax reports submit to Tax government monthly, quarterly, yearly.
  • Prepare the management reports and analyze submit to BOD: P/L, budget, cashflow,
  • Tax reports, AR, AP, statistic, warehouse inventory…
  • Control Account Receivable, Account Payable, invenotry.
  • Tax and cash flow planning weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
  • Work with Tax and government: Work and negotiate with tax official for tax refund, tax finalization, closing company,…; work with auditor.
  • Work with bank official for credit limit, Bank performance, loan, fix deposit interest…
  • Check and Initial all documents before BOD signing: Advance, Purchase Order,
  • Disbursement form, Payment voucher, Receive Voucher, Contracts….
  • Review all contract with customers, supliers, subcontractors, owners…
  • Check and approve all monthly, quarter and yearly reports for submition to Tax Department.
  • Organizing accounting system for companies.
  • Design accounting procedure, internal control system.
  • Recruitment, management and periodic training for staff.
  • Finacial planning for projects.
  • Set up Internal control process and lead team finish that duty base on this process.
  • Other duties related to Accounting and Finance Department…

Professional Skills:

  • Computer skills: Typing, scan/copy/fax etc;
  • Computer Programs: Microsoft Office, Microsoft outlook, Power point etc;
  • Accounting software
  • Languages Spoken: English: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing;
  • Other skills: Leader skill, negotiation and problem solve skill, stand high pressure job;

Mission:

  • Develops trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients.

The Sales Manager is responsible to plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales team to achieve established sales targets.
Essential Duties & Reponsibilities:
