Description

Report to: Chief Medical Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Clinical:
  • Prioritise and manage his / her own clinical workload.
  • Identity and obtain the necessary clinical, medical and / or other surgical history to carry out medical examination
  • Perform a thorough examination for all guests according to the HAAD and Company guidelines for medical screening.
  • Identify guests that are considered high risk and make any necessary referrals to other specialised health care professionals as required
  • Promptly communicate to other healthcare professionals any significant abnormalities detected during guest assessment and follow centres and HAAD policies and procedures regarding action
  • Perform necessary diagnostic procedures and clinical tests available at Company
  • Produce reports on investigations performed and complete the appropriate documentation for the necessary authorities
  • Provide full explanation to guests, their families and appropriate others.
  • Demonstrate competency in the above procedures
  • Responds to all emergency calls, when on duty.
  • Administration

​Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, HR Management or equivalent.
  • 8 years experience in hospital/medical centre environment
  • 3 years experience in managerial role in acute care environment
  • Ability to deliver stand-up trainings including but not limited to teambuilding and coaching workshops.
  • Experience of deploying and managing change in a multi dimensional matrix environment will be an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people within a multinational environment.
  • Demonstrates analytical, meticulous and accuracy in the job.
  • Conversant in English.

Report to: Group Chief Executive Officer

Responsibilites:

  • Be accountable for managing the daily hospital’s activies as well as activities of each department to ensure that objective of hospital runs effectively and matchs with objective of Group office
  • Plan, direct, coordinate to manage the current resources, ensure the effectiveness of usage the resources, plan to improve the competency of resources and comply to the specific requiremts of heathcare industry
  • Direct annual budgeting and planning process for the organization, develop and manage annual budget coordinate with annual budget of Group Office
  • Managing the compliance
  • Execute Corporate Planning and Finance functions to develop and implement the annual operating and capital budgets for the hospital; identify performance problems, emerging trends, and work with Operational leaders to agree and implement plans to address
  • Attention to systems, service development, compliance and quality management measures, physician and outreach strategies, performance culture enhancement and internal communication
  • Significant leadership skill and ability to impact and influence multiple stakeholders, internal and external, and manage emotive and distressing situations effectively

Requirements:

  • Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Engineering, Finance, Business or Hospital Administration.
  • Master in Health or Business Administration would be advantages
  • Up to 10 years experience in a medium to large and complex private hospital operations, at a senior to top management leadership level
  • Strong knowledge of financial management and background in quality systems. Well developed planning, marketing, organizational development, and business skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and complex organizational management skills
  • Proven success in development and implementation of strategic and operational plans
  • Ability to work with doctors, staff and professionals in multiple settings
  • Working knowledge of information systems capabilities and appreciation of data for meaningful management decisions
  • Highly persuasive negotiation and strong financial analysis skills
