Description:

  • Prepare monthly payroll, social insurance, PIT for local and expat;
  • Create HR forms, processes, guidelines, announcement;
  • Screen CVs, contact candidates, arrange interview schedule & conduct interview;
  • Prepare and communicate job offer in accordance with the agreed job
  • specifications to successful candidates;
  • Check and confirm payroll;
  • Calculate monthly and quarterly sales incentive;
  • Plan and organize company trip, team building, party;
  • In charge of hotel and air ticket booking;
  • Manage office working environment in good manner;
  • Other secretary task

Requirement:

  • Female
  • Strong skill of C&B (payroll; PIT…) -must
  • Experience in Hr: recruitment/ training

Job title: Method & Maintenance Manager

Working location: Ho Chi Minh city

Description:

  • Manage continuous improvement for line architectures, internal & external resources
  • Ensure capacities adaptation according to the dedicated tools (CAMA, CORIM, Bridge)
  • Define & maintain a referential operating time based on measurement tools adapted (MTM – UAS timer Video Analysis)
  • Ensure the implementation of the Company Performance System principles and development of methods and tools e.g. 6 Sigma and Lean Manufacturing
  • Propose the organization to implement new project (or increase / decrease volume of production) to optimize Direct Variable Cost and Manpower Base Cost.
  • Lead maintenance activity management to integrate new equipment and ensure the availability and reliability of machine.
  • Define the requirements of new tool and equipment including managing the budget, launching the tools with technical and financial study.
  • Define the development and improvement of maintenance system through TPM implementation.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to improve the competency of the team, to be autonomous in production activity and using the Company Performance System principles

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge in Industrial Manufacturing, Maintenance System (TPM) and Logistics Management
  • Good communication skills – English
  • Good understanding of the Company Performance System (Lean Manufacturing), Six Sigma, Electrical & Mechanical Automation, Machine technology, Assembly and Control Technology.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Identification and Tagging (as applicable)
  • Search, identify and tag mentions of different brands in a publication.
  • Categorize the different brands identified based on a defined brand hierarchy.
  • Conduct research on relevant information for different brands.

∙ Meet preset Service Level Agreement with the client

Qualifications:

 

  1. Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  2. Internet savvy, familiarity with international brands but not required.
  3. Knowledge on MS Office applications.
  4. Background in data management and analysis is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  1. A graduate or undergraduate of any business or information technology related course.
  2. At least one (1) year work experience, preferably in a similar field.
