Job description

Major task

  • Responsible for  Maintenance and  Development of IT Application serve business operation 
  • Coopereate with parent company for implementing IT project in company (if any)

Job detail 

  •   Monitor the system performance and cooperate with stackholder/vendor to resolve all issues regarding to Application
  • Receive the  request/take requirement from user/cross team, do consolidation , cooperate with stakeholder/ vendor  provide the solution or work around based on understand/research system features for system customization/deployment (if any)
  •  Take administration role for Sharepoint portal : unitlize good features, improve/maximize remain resource base on understand system feature, research, optimize and propose the improvement solution
  • Co-operate with users and vendors to do the testing, UAT and implement the new system feature/enhancement
  • Manage IT project : timeline, tasks, resource, risk assessment (if any)
  • Database administrator (backup, recovery, performance management)

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree, major in IT Software
  • 2-4 years experience related to  Application development.

Job description

To be in charge of strengthening legal, compliance function of which related subjects are as follows:

LEGAL:

Provide legal advice, draft contracts and other legal documentation, including but not limited to:

  • + Review, advise, draft all agreements between the company and vendors, variety of agreement (such as the service, trading, sponsorship and leasing agreement, etc.) between the company and vendors
  • + Consult and explain the legal issues related to Sales agreement to sales staff or on behalf of Sales Team to negotiate with customers about provisions stipulated in the sales agreement
  • + Take part in providing legal advice and settlement of complaints or disputes
  • + Be in charge of all company issues related to legal aspect and provide legal advice requested by General Director and Head of Departments to ensure the company’s compliance under region/country’s regulation
  • + To advise for matters related to obtaining advertising license
  • + Advise General Directpor and Board of Management on key legal matters, newly created laws and regulations and actively partcipate as a strategic business partner to the business
  • + Update lawful regulations related to company’s operation
  • + Company license: amendment of investment certificate (Change Members of Board of Council, Legal representative, new business line,…) preparation of rules and policies complied with law of multi-level selling, notification of promotion program…

OTHERS:

  • + Draft internal guideline, decisions and minutes requested by General Director and other departments on a need to basis.

Job Requirement

 SUMMARY

The Sales Engineer is to initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities in the assigned region for the range of Company’s products, with special emphasis on growing the assigned industry business volume and achieving the sales and income targets set by the Company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

  • Initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities for the assigned products and to achieve the desired growth in business volume reflected in the individual’s ePMS targets.
  • Prepare sales plans and secure orders for the Company's products, solutions and services, and to achieve the sales and income target (monthly/annually) as assigned by the Sales Manager.
  • Identify and establish new customers as well as new business opportunities to ensure successful market penetration and development, with special emphasis on the project and end user market.
  • Establish good rapport with the various Lapp organizations and other suppliers (if any) and to liaise with them on customers’ needs.
  • Plan and conduct technical seminars or solutions/product demonstration to prospective customers in a professional and high quality manner.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers/dealers in order to maintain good rapport as well as to solicit feedback on the effectiveness of the products, services/support and other market information.
  • Establish healthy customer relations and provide efficient and effective service/ support so as to maintain their confidence in the reputation of the products and services offered by the Company.
  • Work out quotations for customers based on ABC pricing.
  • Attend to customers' complaints and enquiries with professionalism and integrity.
  • Update visits report, 20 days planner, opportunity pipeline in C4C.  Report customer’s complaints/problems encountered on a regular basis.
  • Gather market information so as to keep the Sales Manager and Marketing Executive updated on competitors’ movements and the Company's position in the market.
  • Be conscious and receptive to customers’ needs, market trend and new products launched by competitors.
  • Attend all necessary project site meetings when required in order to ensure smooth hand over.
  • Maintain a high level of cooperation and teamwork with the sales team.
  • Learn, update and consistently demonstrate the core competencies required for the job.
  • Undertake any other tasks as and when assigned by the Sales Manager.

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma preferably in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • 2 to 3 years’ sales experience from process automation, system integration/design, building automation, air conditioning or heavy industry will be considered. Candidates with qualification but without related industry sales background will also be considered.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with good business acumen.
  • Friendly disposition, proactive and a good team player.
