Description

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management
      1. Respond to customer’s inquiries via phone, social media chat and email channels.
      2. Make outbound and inbound calls on a daily basis if scheduled.
      3. Handle and process requests on a daily basis.
      4. Manage complaints resolutions as needed.
      5. Support the overall objective of the company.
      6. Other ad hoc tasks or activities associated with the email support function and/or social media chat within the capability and pay grade of the Email Support Representative as may be assigned.

Qualification:

  1. Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Experience working in an environment that has a key focus on providing an outstanding customer experience.
  3. Must be personable, warm and confident.
  4. Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and driven to achieve objectives.

Education and Experience:

  1. Graduate of a 4-year degree course; preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications.
  2. Minimum 6 Months to 2 years’ customer service experience in a corporate environment is required; call-center experience is a plus.
  3. Experience working in an environment that has a key focus on providing an outstanding customer experience.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manual research and validation of computer scraped databases for potential sales leads online.
  • Perform customer database build and obtain clients’ job title requirement for all assigned firms.
  • Do prospect database build from target markets and obtain clients’ job title requirement for all assigned firms.
  • Ensure data cleansing.  Report from client is completed on an ongoing basis following the operating procedure from client
  • Perform event list build and cleanse. Complete relevant fields as required.
  • Support the overall objective of the company.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks or activities associated with the lead generation support function and/or tasks within the capability and pay grade of the Junior Specialist as may be assigned.

The member is expected to meet or exceed the following service levels:

  • Generate on average 55 leads on an 8-hour work day of exclusively working on Customer Database Build.
  • Generate on average 35 lists on an 8-hour work day of exclusively working on Prospect Database Build.
  • An average 60 leads for Data cleansing on an 8-hour work day of exclusively working on Data Cleansing.
  • An average of 80 leads for Event list build and cleanse on an 8-hour work day of  exclusively working on Event list build and cleanse.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any course from any reputable school.
  • Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Internet savvy – has internet research skills and a passion for browsing the internet.
  • Ability to read and understand any information and comprehend its details.

Job Description:
