Sope of Work:

  • The primary role of the Marketing Communication Director to lead the 02 countries Business of Field Marketing with extending the company measured awareness.
  • Delivering strategically sound and tactically superior “self-correcting” communications to targeted markets using all available and appropriate media.
  • Being supposed to continuously integrate, implement and enrich global marketing processes across all company businesses and local markets.
  • Developing, implementing, measuring and improving country campaigns targeted at key decision makers, influencers and partners in order to contribute to the company’s commercial objectives.
  • Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up company’s business strategy in order to ensure company’s long-term viability, profitability and market share.
  • To develop, manage and execute the integrated communication plan based on Global Marketing guidelines incl.
  • Figure of Merit (FOM) and country/cluster objectives - ensuring that Global Marketing principles and processes are followed in the country/cluster.
  • To work closely with local BU lead, local product marketing, local field marketing team to build up and deploy Integrated Marketing Plan ( one and three year plan).
  • In teamwork with Regional Strategic Marketing; Cluster Field Marketing Director; Local BU head to allocate and control marcom budgets by customer segments.
  • Develop and implement an integrated local tactical marcom plan based on strategic guidance and local market needs in order to boost sales.
  • To integrate, implement, and help to improve Global Marketing processes (: Strategy, Operations, Web Programs, Brand Migration, Communications, Media relations, Press/Industry Analyst relations,
  • Direct customer acquisition and retention, Events, Channel marketing) while ensuring seamless alignment with local business priorities.
  • To work closely with country FM lead, local PR firm to build up and deploy good PR plan with increase earned media year on year;
  • maintain and expand share of voice with 3 times higher than the nearest competitor.
  • high ROI due to addressing high potential audience with right message thru efficient distribution channels etc) in order to help others to increase their own ROI.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Business school (or other similar Marketing Education)
  • At least 5 year experience in Marketing and/or Communications
  • Prefer to work for MNCs or famous local communications group, including agency.
  • Public relations and trade marketing experiences are advantages
  • Understanding of multi –culture markets with various business models
  • Customer insights/Lead management/ KPIs oriented.
  • Interested in technical products and solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and social skills resulting in the ability to guide and inspire teams
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Willing to work in a multifunction team and able to work with other global teams
  • Open to change and must embrace the concept of continuous improvement

Position: Category Trade Marketing Director

Salary : USD 8000- USD 12,000

Working location : HCMC

Scope of Work:

  • Leads long term strategic business plan
  • Defines an overall solution go-to-market vision, positioning, strategy and messaging, formalize it according to the scope of responsibilities.
  • Communicate the strategy for deployment and reports strategy formulation by providing key information & reports on economy, competition, intermediaries, markets globally & specific to a geography.
  • Collects, analyzes & diffuses all relevant information and ensures the quality of information.
  • Communicates, deploys and adapts group strategy in the country.
  • Provides management complete assistance on shaping medium and long term direction and resource allocation through collaboration with other functions(Finance, Field Marketing).
  • Performs all relevant researches/surveys with a sense of confidentiality, either under its responsibility or on request of management.

Duties:

Strategic Planning

  • Develop, participate and finalize in validation of Country Marketing Strategic and Business Plans in order to ensure, Company Success with good profitability.

Market Information

  • Provide and analyze the accurate market information and feedback to the management team locally and at Zone levelin order to optimize  and lead to the successful business result.

Marketing Activities

  • Develop, create, maintain and monitor activities with clients or Business partners regularly in order to gather information and ensure customer satisfaction to cultivate relationship and improve business and sales Growth.

PricingManagement

  • Develop & implement competitive price strategies, processes and policies for the long and short term in order to proactively maximize profits while balancing strategy, market share & volume by market segment.
  • Ensure Pricing Performance.
  • Ensure Pricing Competencies.
  • Ensure Pricing Communication

Marketing Development

  • Challenge and support BUs on the performance of the marketing executionand efficiency of their organization & alignment with Group recommendations.
  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness across all marketing organizations through acombination of Process excellence, System excellence, Process implementation,change management and competency development.

Offer Management

  • Understand and shares Offer Strategy with the Business Unit to adapt andexecute it locally.
  • Master the Offer knowledge and the Offer environment.
  • Support Sales Offer strategy execution.

Market Information

  • Provide and analyze the accurate market information and feedback to the management team locally and at Zone levelin order to optimize and lead to the successful business result.

Requirement:

  • Have experience in Marketing field and senior Marketing Managerial level in international companies
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of VN market practices, comprehensive understanding of marketing and marketing communication concept and principles.
