Job title: Warehouse Leader

Working location: Binh Duong

Responsibility:

• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the data storage system
• Setup layout and space management in coordination with the planning team to maximize storage.
• To lead, manage and supervise all activities of The Warehouse team 
• Planning, organizing, and controlling of overall warehouse operations.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Issue Inventory report, In/Out status report, dead stock report, goods aging report.
• Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled effectively.
• Responsible for warehouse security and accountability.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• University degree in business, with a focus on manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, supply chain management, inventory control, or materials management.
• 5-7 years of direct work experience in a warehouse management function or supply chain management position preferably in a manufacturing concern;
• Good financial and business awareness.
• Fluent spoken and written English;

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Good self discipline and able to work independently;
• Ability to wear necessary and legislated safety equipment.

• Set up internal standard for receiving RM, WM
• Set up internal standard for approving Semi-products, finished products, Products spec.
• Set up operating standard, quality standard for production
• Set up standard condition for production process
• Ensure all our products follow Vietnam regulation
• Ensure production process in proper condition
• Ensure products follow up VietNam food regulation
• Suitable checking system
•  Make new products plan and new materials test

• Make periodic inspection plan
• Make machine overhaul plan
• Manage fire equipments thanks to regulation requirements
• Make equipment management list => update frequently
•  Improve machine, equipment.
• Control and improve utility cost
• Control safety and fire prevention equipment and have training plan for rescuer team
• Control spare-part (buy, usage, stock)
• Make spare-parts purchasing plan monthly
• Control spare-part replacement

Job title: Planning Leader

Reports to:  Factory Manager 

Roles & responsibilities:

• Manages the production planning functions including development, maintenance and execution of the master production schedule and maximizing plant resources to meeting demand
• Organizes and coordinates various sections of manufacturing
• Follows up performance against estimates
• Manages effective and serviceoriented planning functions to ensure that correct procedures are established and adhered to achieving the maximum return possible on customer orders while continually improving responsiveness, reliability, and service (may coordinate inside sales activities with customer service staff)
• Manages the purchasing and material planning functions in the planning and procurement of raw materials, equipment, tooling, purchased parts, supplies and services as required to execute the master schedule
• Optimizes all purchases as major way to reduce costs
• Directs activities of inventory control
• Instrumental in continuous improvement activities through research, benchmarking and identification of improved methods or tools to increase efficiency

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree in related field, work experience in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Good presentation and explanation
• Language: English in business level
• Experience: Functional/technical knowledge, skills and abilities
• Performs tasks requiring advance proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook
• Must be able to work with diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds
