Your Key Responsibilities

  • This Senior Manager needs to be equipped with in-depth holistic branding and marketing knowledge, i.e. to be able to identify where company brand’s position is currently and how to mitigate amongst the competitors and amplify our USP and gaining share of voice meanwhile. Thus, the Senior Manager needs to develop sound strategies, formulate media planning/review and oversee creative, above-the-line, below-the-line and on digital,
  • The job holder needs to ensure consistent outcomes to drive revenue growth, in all media.  She/He needs to drive overall Marketing Communications, Marketing Operations and Budget Planning to ensure timely planning and implementation of marketing plans to support growth of companyin country. 
  • These include:

 Media buys on all above- the- line and below- the- line activities
 Budget for events and ground activations,
 Digital and activation

  • Ensuring direction set and work in conjunction with Events and Corporate Communications, and Regional Marketing to build brand equity and drive ROIs.
  • He/ She is also required to review and develop / optimized SOP and guidelines for brand and marketing collaterals with regional Marketing team to ensure consistency and efficiency in the overall branding and marketing communication of companyin-country.
  • He/ She needs to be overall in charge of:

 Planning of yearly A&P budget for each country
 To raise timely Marketing Fund Application to follow-through
 To monitor and analyze and ensure costs optimization and efficiency based on cost per car
 YTD of each quantitative targets based on cost per unit and rationalize the achievement level based on market situation
 Dealer Marketing, and Events.
 Marketing support for Website, newsletters


  • Business degree or related professional qualification.
  • 6 - 9 years of marketing experience, with understanding of the local creative and media landscape, media consumption patterns and habits and strong analytics background.
  • Proven leadership capability with agency experience and/or content experience an advantage.
  • Be able to work and lead teams in a high pressured, ROI driven environment.
  • Experience in the car industry and managing car brands is an advantage

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Review technical & commercial proposal prepared by Sale Team
  • To be “window person” in Company Vietnam with other Company’s units for all Company’s OPEX service.
  • Organize and control implementation the OPEX services team including the engineers; inspectors and technicians (including NDT as appropriate).
  • Responsible for delivery the Company’s OPEX services for operating (in service) facilities.
  • Supervise the technician; inspectors and engineer’s performance.
  • To be project manager/deputy project manager for launching the projects.
  • Report to INY Manager in term of operation


  • University degree with engineering backgrounds
  • Have xperience in inspection & maintenance.
  • Have good networking in plants inspection / maintenance, specially working in Fertilizer Production/Oil & Gas Plant is preferable.
  • Willing to travel within the country and abroad.
  • Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English
  • Good command in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
  • Well understanding of plants’ inspections activities including NDT and have good networking with plant maintenance services + NDT markets
  • Sensitive to company policies and results driven
