JOB DESCRIPTION
We are searching for salesman candidates who are proactive and passionate about company products and the customers they serve. Sales managers will act as a point of contact for customers. You will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with customers contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the customer. You also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of customer data and complaints, and identifying industry trends.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, negotiation, hunting and problem-solving skills. You should be dynamic, positive, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with customer.
Responsibilities:
- Build the strategic sales plan to grow the turnover together with Senior Sales Manager.
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Building relationships with customers based on trust and respect.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate customer need fulfilment.
- Collecting and analysing data to learn more about consumer behaviour.
- Keeping the control to inventory and account collection.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Identifying industry trends.
- Acting as a customer advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field.
- More education or experience may be preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collect, track, and analyse the market data/SWOT
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.

Position: Marketing Manager
Report to: Regional CEO
Salary: $3,000 - $5,000 or Negotiate + good benefit

Responsibilities :
- Define, build, and execute thought leadership program;
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring marketing budget;
- Responsible for social media strategy, management, and execution;
- Coordinate and Support prospect pipeline and delivery
- Plan and execute on third party and UpClear-hosted events;
- Support and Coordinate the Customer Relationship Management practice;
- Manage development of best in class marketing collateral (pitch decks, videos, one pagers, website content, etc);
- Work closely with CEO and management team to define marketing strategy and marketing calendar for the year;
- Coordinate regional resources to facilitate content creation.
Requirements:
- Work successfully both independently and as part of a team where consensus is required;
- Develop and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple platforms;
- Experience working as a key contributor in the marketing strategy team for a Fintech firm or traditional financial institution;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

- Ability and strong desire to work in a fast-paced, rapid growth start-up;
- Assist in managing marketing budget, including selecting/managing outside vendors as needed for graphic design, printing, etc;

- Utilize analytics to develop and measure effectiveness of marketing programs;

Job title: Country General Manager
Working location: Bangkok, Thailand
Responsibilities
- Hunting for new freight and project cargo business focusing on SEA import/export to the world.
- Build new client base and nurture existing ones through meaningful interaction.
- Increase Access World visibility and foothold in relevant markets including mining, metals and mineral, agricultural, oil & gas markets.
- Leverage from own network in Thailand and further establish relationships with various partners not limited to associations, breakbulk vessel rokers/operators, Tier 1 and Tier 2 carrier agents and freight forwarders in key countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam.
- Address internal and external operational issues, liaising and coordinating with vendors (ports operators, authorities, transporters etc.) and internal clients.
- Communicate, share and collaborate with all overseas Access World branches on Freight & Project leads to and from Thailand.
- Monthly commercial activity reporting in form of current sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree from a recognized University

Job title: Warehouse Leader
Working location: Binh Duong
Responsibility:
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with the data storage system
- Setup layout and space management in coordination with the planning team to maximize storage.
- To lead, manage and supervise all activities of The Warehouse team
- Planning, organizing, and controlling of overall warehouse operations.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
- Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Issue Inventory report, In/Out status report, dead stock report, goods aging report.
- Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled effectively.
- Responsible for warehouse security and accountability.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- University degree in business, with a focus on manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, supply chain management, inventory control, or materials management.
- 5-7 years of direct work experience in a warehouse management function or supply chain management position preferably in a manufacturing concern;
- Good financial and business awareness.
- Fluent spoken and written English;
