- At least 5-10 years of experience as a manager of the finance team with strong experience in budget, forecast and analysis.
- Knowledge of USGAAP and JGAAP regulations

Overall responsibility
- Lead, direct, and control the organization’s financial resources to maintain the short and long-term financial health of the business along with compliance of taxes and planning for the same, banking regulations and regular/accurate financial reporting, as per Group standard.
Key responsibility
1. Manage all corporate financial functions
- Direct, manage all corporate finance functions so that financial transactions, policies, and procedures are as per groups guidelines.
2. Manage all corporate financial activities
- Monitor activities: accounting; credit control; cash flow; investment management; tax; insurance; treasury; internal & external audit; budgeting and forecasting; and foreign exchange exposures
3. Create, implement strategic planning
- Decision-making at the top executive level to develop and implement an organization-wide financial strategy

Financial Planning Appraisal Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
+ Analysis
- Being champion and owning the business analysis model(s) in order to be able to provide fit-to-purpose financial analysis service to all stakeholders.
- Owning the Commercial analysis (Sales, marketing, and all overhead costs) and overall financial analysis
- Being challengers to Supply chain Business partnering
- Providing reasonable and in-depth analysis addressing key drivers of these costs.

Position: Head of Finance Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position is responsible for corporate accounting and internal reporting for Company and subsidiaries.
- Manage the work and development of staff members.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate books and subsidiaries.
- Prepare monthly reporting package, including comparative reports of operating results and financial position and variance explanations.
- Prepare monthly forecast update, primarily by working closely with department heads in forecasting their department’s overheads.

Responsibilities
1. Internal Audit:
- Perform internal audit of all companies inside group.
- Analyze and report to BOD
- Identify risk and propose for better validity governance, risk management.
- Manage and lead internal audit team.
- Liaise between BOD and management team.
2. Accounting roles:
- Manage the integrity, accuracy and reasoning of financial statements.
- Check for fraud & compliance with related regulations, consistence with other management and project reports.
- Review the operating cost in the term of the approved budget.
3. Financial Management:
- Evaluate the economical and the efficiency of using the company resources in the purpose of fulfilling all missions and objectives.
- Identify if there’s financial risk threating the liquidity of project & reason of any difference of extra cost compared with budget to make sure the project is under control.
- Examine the safety of project cash flow through the cash in from revenue and cash out for expenses.
Requirements:
- Good command of English.
- Must have at least 5 years experiences with financial management & regulatory requirements, strong audit sense.
- Understanding of financial and accounting, operations of group companies and risk-based management, especially in real estate is an advantage.
- Expertise of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point…).
- Preferably worked under expat manager/supervisor and at a foreign company.
- Strong communication and liaison skill in executive level.
