Responsibilities:
- Develop healthy lung initiative to deliver company respiratory vision of Shaping the market and Positioning .
- Trusted partner to government and health care community by working in partnership with Vietnam health care system
- Stakeholders to ensure patient access to better healthcare by improving early diagnosis, appropriate treatment and management of Asthma
- Provide input and feedback on campaign implementation
- Work with regional team to ensure initiative implementation successfully Responsible for project and program performance and development.
- Responsible for the management of budget and A&P spend
- Works with Field Force and medical to develop key stakeholders & KOLs through scientific programs and engagement;
- Provide input on competition, customers, pricing and value story to market access team;
- Works with analysts to analyze market data and identify key segment drivers, growth opportunities and business threats;
- Participates in development of training for field force on brand information
- Adherence to the global policy for external interaction, code of conduct and industry code of marketing practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree; Pharmaceutical/medical back ground
- Experience in MNC pharmaceutical marketing for ethical product, (respiratory is preferred) with good track record of effective implementation of plan and campaign;
- Excellent operational skills and ability to think strategically

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Understanding of non-life insurance market and products.
- Good command of both written and verbal English.
- Computer literate with common Office packages.

Job title: Product Executive OTC_Pharma:
Location: HCMC

Product Manager - Vietnam
You will be responsible for creating and developing strategies and tactics for the products in the Diabetes therapy area and business objectives in the Vietnam market. You will also be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring local marketing strategies and tactics to achieve both short and long term volume as well as profit objectives of the Diabetes portfolio of products in Vietnam.
Your key responsibilities:
- Establish and grow the Diabetes business and the image in the field of Diabetes in Vietnam through effective marketing support.
- Develop relationship with key target customers: KOLs and Gatekeepers.
- Prepare local promotional campaigns for products related to Diabetes.
- Prepare launch plans and manage local congresses. Work on developing launch plans and ensure effective implementation of the same.
- Organize cycle meetings and prepare all materials related to Diabetes sales cycles.
- Prepare Market Intelligence on product performance, customer attitudes and beliefs and competition.
- Assist line manager in yearly budget preparation and optimize utilization of available resources.
- Secure support from Regional Marketing and Medical affairs through regular inter-departmental communication.
- Support sales team with doctors’ group meetings, co-visits, on the job trainings to ensure and enhance understanding and execution of products’ strategies.
- Ensure compliance with the visual identity

Qualifications:

About the department
We are currently looking for a National Sales Manager Insulin. You will be part of the SEEM management team, which is responsible for driving business across Vietnam. You will report to the General Manager SEEM and leading a team approximately 60 members (direct reports: 7 ASMs and 7 KAMs)

The job

This role is accountable for optimizing the effectiveness of field force by an appropriate development of resources including manpower scheme … to best execute marketing strategies and achieve business goal.
You will develop and maintain rapport with KOLs in the market to identify trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities play an active role to monitor competitive market situation and take action to grow the market share. For the tender process, you will make sure the tender won and move on out insurance patient list.
You will closely monitor budgets and expenditures, motivate and challenge the team members, develop and maintain succession plan and address future staffing issues in a proactive manner
Qualifications
We are looking for a person with a degree in Pharmacy and at least 10 years experience in healthcare and have at least 5 years of work experiences in similar capacity in Pharmaceutical multi-national companies.
You are open-minded, an mature leader and fluent in both written and spoken English. You are available for international travel for approximately 15-20% of your working time. Preferable start date of this position is 1st September 2015.
