  • Develop new businesses on assigned insurance classes / lines by approaching potential clients via proper channels.
  • Refer to Underwriting Department to prepare and set up proper terms and conditions for the insurance contracts in compliance to company underwriting guidelines.
  • Prepare offer, quotation, negotiate with clients win insurance contract
  • Follow-up and manage outstanding premium of assigned accounts
  • Proceed renewal business and cross-selling to achieve renewal premium targets
  • Maintain client database and profile, respond and support all client's requests regarding the covers of insurance contract. retain/ increase renewal premium or new premium from renewal business
  • Initiate and maintain customer service activities to and improve customer trust and loyalty
  • Cooperate with relevant Department in risk survey, risk management activities and other services for clients
  • Others tasks as required.


  • University graduate in relevant disciplines, preferably in Foreign Trade, Economics, Insurance.
  • Experience in sales, customer service in insurance: Executive,  Senior Executive, Assistant Manager
  • Understanding of non-life insurance market and products.
  • Good command of both written and verbal English.
  • Computer literate with common Office packages. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, pleasant, presentable, self-initiative and team player.

Product Manager - Vietnam

You will be responsible for creating and developing strategies and tactics for the products in the Diabetes therapy area and business objectives in the Vietnam market. You will also be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring local marketing strategies and tactics to achieve both short and long term volume as well as profit objectives of the Diabetes portfolio of products in Vietnam.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Establish and grow the Diabetes business and the image in the field of Diabetes in Vietnam through effective marketing support.
  • Develop relationship with key target customers: KOLs and Gatekeepers.
  • Prepare local promotional campaigns for products related to Diabetes.
  • Prepare launch plans and manage local congresses. Work on developing launch plans and ensure effective implementation of the same.
  • Organize cycle meetings and prepare all materials related to Diabetes sales cycles.
  • Prepare Market Intelligence on product performance, customer attitudes and beliefs and competition.
  • Assist line manager in yearly budget preparation and optimize utilization of available resources.
  • Secure support from Regional Marketing and Medical affairs through regular inter-departmental communication.
  • Support sales team with doctors’ group meetings, co-visits, on the job trainings to ensure and enhance understanding and execution of products’ strategies.

About the department
