Our client is looking for a Aftersales Service & Part Executiveto be in charge of the distribution network (including branches and dealers) across the country to support company's business target achievement
Your Key Responsibilities
Daily deliverables
- Consults with dealership management about vehicle repair capability that supports high quality vehicle repairs
- Help solve dealers complex and difficult concerns
- Share technical information and emerging concerns
- Approve warranty repairs
- Communicate directly with dealer Service Manager, SA and technicians regarding technical concerns and submit report to Regional Aftersales.
Weekly deliverables
- Review Work-In-Progress (WIP) Report of Dealers
- Review weekly dealer KPI performance with Parts & Service Director/Manager.
- Give consultation to dealers on the outcome of their Aftersales KPI results and suggest recommendations to improve performance.
- Review and check with Dealers for possible concerns encountered the previous week in order to come up with specific solutions.
- Set meeting with dealers on issues and concerns affecting to aftersales operations and parts supply
Monthly deliverables
- Conduct Aftersales and Parts process-related training as needed by the dealer service personnel.
- Implement aftersales SOP and guidelines
- Submit to Regional Aftersales monthly Dealer KPI Performance Report (service intake, aftersales revenues, parts wholesales, parts fill rate, etc..)
- Communicate finalized Revenue Performance for the month with respective dealerships.
- Conduct warranty audit, facility inspection and parts inventory review on a monthly basis
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering or its equivalent
- Min. 3 years working experience in related field & current position
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with good leadership skills
- Self-motivated, dynamic & able to work under pressure, long hours when required & meet tight deadlines.
- Hands on work experience working on cars aftersales service an added advantage

Role’s Purposes
- Implement dealer and branch development strategies to ensure effective network coverage and performance.
- Facilitate the implementation and assess the execution of standard BI compliance items of all existing dealers.
Your Key Responsibilities

- Verify and evaluate investors and real estate status for opening new dealers and branches in developing and potential including:
- Prepare documents and organize dealer candidate interviews between investor(s) and MIV management team (CM and related HODs')
- Work with suppliers and related departments to deploy MIS' SR branch set-up project.
- Provide professional instructions & consultant to qualified candidate for new dealer set up/existing facility renovation successfully.
- Be responsible for dealership facility construction, maintenance and improvement in accordance with our company standards including
- Assess proposed floorplans and perspectives submitted by dealers and recommend revisions when needed.
- Compile site photos for reference;
- Evaluate proposed materials and finishes such as tiles, cladding and laminates.

REQUIREMENTS
- College Graduate of Structural Engineering; Automobile; Business Administration.
- Background in design, build site construction and projects management is an advantage.
- 2 years of experience in automotive or similar businesses.

- Good English skills (Writing, Speaking & Listening) and MS Office skills (Word/Excel, Power Point…)

Daily Tasks:
- Daily phone calls or emails or texts with dealers to address various concerns from dealers and provide solutions
- Checks and consolidates daily dealers reports received to determine daily trends and actions to be taken for respective dealer.
- Ensure dealers receive correct inventory on time.
- Represents MI and coordinates directly with assigned sales personnel from dealerships responsible for.
- Meets via face to face, telecon or VC with the GM and NSM to provide daily updates on daily retail and whole sales bookings momentum and run rate
- Market competitors checks
- Aligns with dealer principals for wholesales order updates.
- Provide end of day updates with GM and NSM to confirm progress of Dealer retail and whole sales booking and invoiced confirmed for the day.
- Provide data analysis of purchase trends and vehicle movements at dealerships
- Follow up with dealers on status of all online leads.
- Tracks MIDAS usage and completion on a per dealer basis.
