Job title: Internal Audit Officer
Salary: $2,000 - $4,000 + good benefit or negotiate
Based in Ho chi minh
Report to: Head of Internal Audit Department
Brief Job Descriptions:
- To identify and assess risks relevant to the activities in order to establish the audit plan.
- To assist in developing the audit plans for units assigned.
- To ensure audits are conducted in accordance with the internal audit’s requirements, methodology and appropriate standards prescribed by Company.
- To prepare the audit work schedules which include objectives of the audits and budgeted man-hours.
- To perform audit engagements and complete the tasks within given timeline.
- To ensure timely finalization and submission of audit report, consistent audit findings and recommendations with MKEV and Company Group’s business objectives.
- To perform any other tasks as assigned by Head of Internal Audit.
Qualifications & other requirements:
- Degree holder Auditing/Accounting or a related field, preferably professionally certified.
- Certificate on Basic knowledge on Securities and Securities market & Certificate on Law on Securities is required. Brokerage certificate by State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) is advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Internal Audit and/or External Audit.
Competencies
- Teamwork/Independent working ability;
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, computer literate.
- Able to converse and write report in English;
- Ability to work within tight timescales and with several different departments at a time
- Able to travel.

Job title: Human Resource Manager
Salary : USD 3,000- USD 4,000
Working: Ho Chi Minh City
Report to : Regional Human Resource Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with Line Managers on recruiting needsm interview & selection employees to fill vacant positions.
- Analyse statistic data & reports , determine causes of personel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization’s personnel policies & protices .
- Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of surboninates and staff relating to employment, compernsation, labor relations and employee relations.
- Be responsible for set ip effective training system and programs in order to meet business needs.
- Be responsible for effective monitoring of manpower budget.
- Set ip SAP-HR2U system, control and design salary , benefit, bonus, commission, performance evaluation based on KPIs and core value , succession plan.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, regulations and ensure compliance with legal laws.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Management or relevant field
- Minimum in 5- 7 years in manager level
- Good communication in both spoken & written English
- Excellent building relationship/ networking
- Good time & workload management skills
- Interdepartment communication skills
- Candidates experienced in finance services is preferable
