Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the positioning for the target brands/products
  • Develop and implement annual marketing plan, deliver its main KPIs
  • Be responsible for marketing practices facilitate the sales achievement

  • Work closely with Sales manager to detect and adapt tactical plans to Sales force needs
  • Develop and maintain reliable marketing intelligent system; Together with Marketing Manager to provide BOM and related departments accurate information of market trends, external environment, and industry analysis concerning the assigned areas;
  • Provide BOM with relevant internal analysis (products and services) and recommend concerning products and business improvement and development based on sound analysis;
  • Maintain and strengthen company’s image and reputation through quality Marketing Programs.
  • Be the champion and in charge of building system, process and culture for key marketing functionalities assigned by HOD, e.g. among such as merchandising/printing/design system, online, PR, internal communication.
  • Write, edit, approve and maintain press materials. Oversight of PR agency accounts
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in the preparation of annual budgets and operation forecasts; produces regular and special reports; maintains required records and files.


  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration
  • A minimum of five (3) years’ work experience in a management capacity required in one of the following media-related fields: marketing, journalism, public relations and or communications.
  • Marketing and Public Relations experience at education preferred.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage business situation of the assigned branch:
  • Develop and forecast the development plan for the assigned branch periodically
  • Based on KPIs, monitor and plan to leverage the business results of the Admissions and Student Affairs(ASA).
  • Open admission classaligned withtheobjective orientation, ensuring efficiency in terms of revenue and cost
  • Proactively propose and coordinate with the Marketing Department to plan and implement approved marketing event / marketing activities to maximize the market in the area in charge.
  • Coordinate with the Training Quality Management (TQM) base to propose professional activities in the market exploitation plan for the region.
  • Coordinate with Admissions and Student Affairs (ASA) and Training Quality Management (TQM), School Support Services (SSC) on site to ensure overall operation. Act as the role of the school's representative to solve some cases of student-related issues, Admissions Management.
  • Coordinate with the central Admissions and Student Affairsto connect departments to implement the center's common activities and propose the specific needs of the area in charge to the Admissions and Student Affairs Director.
  • Participate in Admissions projects under the direction of the Admissions and Student Affairs Director.
  • Human Resource Management:
    • +  Ensure resource efficiency: rely on the human resources department's boundaries and base on the actual operation situation at the facility to make appropriate personnel recommendations.
    • + Based on existing human resources and actual operation situation at the assigned branch to have a reasonable and effective job assignment.
      + Training, coaching and deploying new fees, new programs, new processes ... for employees
    • + There are training orientations and staff development proposals
    • + Assess employees and propose rewarding periodically (month / quarter / year)
    • + Administrative work: ensuring working hours of employees in accordance with regulations, fairness and efficiency; Timekeeping monthly

We are looking for a team leader to ’Global Office Vietnam’ in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. Your task will be the daily leading and further development of the office, who was established in 2014. We wish that the office will be the fulcrum for the internationalization projects of the company in south east Asia, including the bachelor degree in Architectural Technology and Construction, offered in cooperation with the Vietnamese partner institution. Furthermore, you should be able to develop the cooperative to Danish and international educational institutions so as to create common wagering for internationalisation and marketing of Danish educational offerings.

The office will help identify partner organizations in Southeast Asia, so that Danish educational institutions will be able to find relevant partners, as well promote Danish students’ opportunities for study and internship in the area.

The office has four local employees as well as students / interns.

In addition, the office is included in the International department in Denmark and you would have to refer to the international boss.

  • Initiate cooperation with European educational institutions regarding the marketing of Danish educational programs and courses.
  • Management - team management and sparring for office employees
  • Recruitment - Identify and recruit students.
  • Educational cooperation - acts as the "Liaison Officer" in establishing education cooperation main areas and selected universities in Vietnam for mobility programs for students and teachers as well as cooperation about internship.
  • In cooperation with the Bachelor of Architectural Technology and Construction in European to ensure the start-up and running, including quality assurance, system support and regulatory requirements for the education.


  • You have a higher education and years of practical and international experience from relevant companies or organizations.
  • You have experience from Danish or international educational institutions.
  • You have a constructional background or insight, but it is not a requirement
  • You must be able to identify new collaborative and business opportunities and translate it into specific advice and new projects that can benefit Danish educational institutions.
  • It would be an advantage that you have professional experience from Southeast Asia.
  • You are committed and outgoing. In addition, you have good relationship skills and are able to make close contact to both companies and partner institutions.
  • You have leadership skills and have some experience with management.
  • You can plan and prioritize your resources in order to meet budget and goals for the office.
