Job title: Maintenance Manager

- Make machine overhaul plan
- Manage fire equipments thanks to regulation requirements
- Make equipment management list => update frequently
- Improve machine, equipment.
- Control and improve utility cost
- Control safety and fire prevention equipment and have training plan for rescuer team
- Control spare-part (buy, usage, stock)
- Make spare-parts purchasing plan monthly

Objective of Role:
- Have duty for the management of all production matters in factory ( Production, quality standards, inventory, safety matter, production cost...)
- Try to keep factory smooth operating based on Vietnam regulation
- Try to get factory target year by year
Key accountabilities:
Production:
- Control facility and equipment capacity to meet production plan
- Have manpower plan thanks to Sales forecast
- Manage man, machine and materials in efficiency
Quality products:
- Produce high quality products on time with consistent cost
- Improve current production process continously
- Apply new processes to upgrade quality
- Maintain a high quality level
Inventory and production cost:
- Control raw materials, Wrapping materials, WIP and finished goods inventory
- Make productivity improvement programs
- Control costs in factory side
Working environment:
- Ensure the unifyng information internal factory
- Hold meeting (Manager meeting, regular meeting...)
Requirements:
- 3 year at the same position (or similar position)
- Knowledge of manufacturing factory operating
- Knowledge about food processing industry
- Good at computer, comunication, manageable skills
- Able to speak English at intermediate level, Japanese is a advantage

Job title: Quality Controller
Sarary: USD 10,000 - USD 15,000
Working place: Ho Chi Minh city, Viet Nam
Key Responsibilities
- Improve process quality / productivity / food Safety / human Safety / Product cost/ logistics /capability and business development strategy plan/ quality improvement.
- Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the facility.
- Work closely with quality personnel to review product consistency while monitoring scrap rates to determine trends and areas of improvement.
- Review established production schedules for all manufacturing departments to insure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible.
- Coordinate the hiring and training of all manufacturing personnel.
- Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
- Work closely with the Environmental Health and Safety Manager to ensure all members of the manufacturing team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe workplace for our employees.
- Maintain Inventory levels and control flow of product.
- Maintain and support a superior safety and housekeeping program, including all timely communication initiatives.
- Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets.
- Assistant operation director manager for KPI’S, strategy, logistics and business development
- Review and established Lean manufactory system and KPI’S system.
- Analyze workforce requirements.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and guidance to all operations employees.
- Encourage and promote operating in a continuous improvement environment.
- Remove production constraints; allocate human and equipment resources and direct production employees to attain all established goals and KPI’s.
- Remove waste and constraints from the production process to improve efficiencies and enhance productivity.
- Communicate with research and development as well as product management personnel to develop new product strategies.
- Work with purchasing manager to develop and improve supplier relationships.
- Create purchase orders for Purchasing Manager to place orders.
- Coordinate the relationship with our union workforce force and negotiate union contracts as needed.
- Maintain security system and access readers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Technology Engineering (Very Good Degree)
- University of Agriculture / Cairo University. Giza, Egypt.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast paced, changing work environment, while consistently meeting deadlines.

Requirements
