JOB DESCRIPTION

• To manage all aspects of HR resource processes and practice (workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employees learning and development, retention management, performance assessment program)
• Develop and implement HR policies and regulation of the company
• To support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategies and objectives
• To promote corporate values and enable business success through human management, organization development, employee cycle changes, talent management and labor relations.
• Represent the HR Department both internally and externally.
• To check, advise and control the use and expense of electricity, water, stationery, company car, etc.
• To arrange for pest control including termite, rat, mosquito, etc.
• To check for ensuring the good condition of fittings, furniture, office equipment and landscape.
• In charge for security, hygiene, cleaning & building/ office maintenance.
• To support for transportation (inc. demo arrangement), traveling & accommodation
• To arrange and negotiate for corporation agreement with service agents for administrative issues
• To follow up and advise for Fire fighting and Environment matters
• Planning for cost control of relevant issues under responsibilities of admin.
• To arrange, assign and handle internal admin works to strengthen the admin team
• To make report, give solution and get advices from Management on outstanding problems

Job Requirement

- English Proficiencyis a plus.
- A high level of computer literacy
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Bachelor degree with Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law or any relevant major.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/ Manager specialized in HR or equivalent.
- In deep knowledge of Vietnam labor law.
- Required skill(s): interpersonal, coaching, decision-making, organizational
- Good oral and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure HR Policies and Procedures are aligned with the company's culture, strategy, objectives and standards, and comply with local legislation.
  • Establish clear Instruction Mechanisms so all employees comply with the HR Policies and Procedures.
  • Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labour relations.
  • Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
  • Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analysing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
  • Budget control: In cooperation to Chief Financial Officer, Prepares budgets of human resource operations. Managing Employee Recognition programs, Performance & Reward programs, recruitment, Employment cost
  • Manage all the records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as leave records, hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
  • Develop and maintain effective internal & external communication methods.
  • Administer effective delegation in all departments. Establish clear and accountable guidelines (SOP) and authority levels so as to enable direct and efficient decisions to be made.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 05 years of experience in the same position in a manufacturing environment. Prefer hometown is in Long An/ HCMC.
  • Fluently in English Work experience in international companies is critical.
  • Highly skill in Microsoft Office: Word, excel and Power point.
  • Strong experience in management system, personnel strategy, can analyse the overall system design;
  • Leadership, teamwork, gaining cooperation from others. High responsibility, dedication to the job

Key Responsibilities.

  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department;
  • Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs;
  • Recommending and developing new policies, approaches, and procedures in compliance with the local regulations;

  • Coordinate with HR Leader of each Category BUs in implementing the programs to ensure they follow Group’s schedules (Goal setting, Mid-year review, End year review)
  • Manage the development, review & implementation of policies, procedures in compliance with legal requirements & HC guideline
  • Implement the company’s compensation and benefits programs and activities so that they meet the company’s objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness. These programs may include: job evaluation and classification; salary administration; short-term, long-term and sales incentive plans; employee benefits
  • Assist CEO in developing and implementing compensation strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the company’s overall reward strategy.
  • Analyze external market data as well as internal data about the company’s current employee population and future human resource needs for CEO to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the company’s reward strategy.
  • Compose communications to employees regarding benefits, compensation practices
  • Coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
  • Consult employees about Company policies.
  • Other tasks assigned by the CEO and BOD.

Requirements

  • At least +10 years in human resources include +5 years of experience in HR Director HR Head position;
  • Experience working in FMCG/ Food & Beverage MNC company is a plus;
  • Understanding legal HR laws;
  • Bachelor’s degree; preferred human resource major.
  • Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset;
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints;
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors;
  • Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution;
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems;
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts & to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations;
  • Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems;
  • Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office
