Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality technical support, perform a wide range of activities on the company Control Valves + Actuators and Competitor products Analysis including technical market research, technical requirements and competitive analysis, solution implementation, benchmark and effectiveness testing of products.
- Providing high-quality on-site technical supports and problem-solving.
- Conduct sales, design, and application training to distributors, project owners, M&E consultant, M&E contractors.
- Work with specifying engineers and design-build contractors to help specify the Valves & Actuators products
- Engaged in design and creation of technical marketing materials for Sales and marketing to positively influence the sale activities
- Support sales office with products and solution offering during tender stage
- Engage and participate in providing training to customers as required
- Have the capabilities of independent study, research, and authoring competitive technical marketing documents
- Explore new ways of improving existing products and services as a way of increasing profitability
- Documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps. Must be able to identify and resolve customer engagement issues; Escalate if appropriate.
- Compliance with cooperation policy like ASHRAE Standards, HSE laws & regulation and HR code of conducts etc.
Requirements:
- 2 years or above of proven technical sales, HVAC technical products experiences
- Diploma of higher in Mechanical Engineering preferred or a similar technical discipline, with 2+ to 7+ years of HVAC, Refrigeration, or Controls/BMS experience
- Possess a strong passion & have solid understanding of HVAC principles
- Verifiable experience with specified products
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficient with a PC and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong work ethic, responsible, self-accountability,
- Customer focused, reliable, flexible and cooperative.
- Ability to work well within a team as well as on own

Job title: Marketing - Industrial Pkg
Salary: $2,000 - $4,000 + good benefit or negotiate
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for marketing / sales / Business development of Indl Packaging products
- Develop & finalize in consultation with HOD annual marketing plans and strategies
- Identify market potential and develop new clients
- Develop contacts with Manufacturing Industries
- Monitor & manage the enrichment of Sales Target, Turnover, profitability & collection targets.
- Collect concessional Tax/duty form & timely payment collection from the customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and Collection target.
- Meet customer, generate inquiry, participate in both technical & commercial negotiations & ultimately finalize the order
- Develop, Strengthen & Maintain relationship with all customers
- Train and motivate the Sales team to achieve the sales target
- Assist the Head of Quality to obtain ISO accreditations from relevant agencies & support all service related matters

Technical Skill:
- Should have a good computer knowledge Eg. Microsoft excel, word, power point, etc.
