Education: :

  • University Degree in natural sciences or engineering


  • Professional experience in development, production, quality assurance, regulatory affairs or quality management of medical devices.
  • Auditor training is a plus;
  • Knowledge of relevant guidelines, norms, and standards as the EN 10993-1ff series as well as product-specific standards;
  • Fluent in your second language English;
  • Local and international business trips are required (depending on country specific conditions up to 70% per month).


  • High problem solving skill, analytical/ observation skills;
  • Experience in dealing with high position people;
  • Experience in project management and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Willing to travel frequently and work under pressure;
  • Good communication and customer services skills;
  • Be able to work independently as well as team work;
  • Be able to work in a multi-cultural / multi-national environment;
  • Having good sense of staying integrity and comply with applicable code of conduct.

Job title: Sales Admin


  • Plan and manage stocks of goods to make foreign sales contracts. Perform and supervise all import activities to ensure safe and smooth of purchasing works.
  • Coordinate with Accounting teams to make timely payment process to release containers in order to avoid demurrage fee.
  • To be responsible for making intermediate sales contracts. Supervise shipping documents are correct and ensure that all is happening with estimated time frames and informing clients each step of the way.
  • Coordinate logistics tasks, such as arranging reasonable delivery routines effectively, preparing VAT invoices, etc to guarantee goods delivered to customers on time.
  • Provide samples and quotations according to customers’ request.
  • Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and customers’ information.


  • Personality: strong, ingenious, flexible, determine, calm
  • Soft skills: Communication, negotiation, handling situations
  • Insurance policy: As specified by the labor law
