Description

Position: HR Officer- Talent Manager, Yangon, Myanmar

Report:  HR Director

Responsibilities:

  • Perform workforce planning in line with business strategy
  • Execute all Talent Management activities including TA - talent acquisition (buy) and TD - talent development (build)
  • New growth initiatives and strengthen the talent pipeline/succession planning.
  • Support HR operation to ensure the customer satisfaction of quality of HR Services as a whole.

1.     Work Force Planning (WFP)

Carry out workforce planning (WFP) to ensure the affordable recruitment and critical competency to be developed in line with the business growth

2.     Talent Acquisition

-    Enrich the talent pipeline/succession planning

  • Develop appropriate recruitment method & literature
  • Recruit, screen, and interview applicants for employment.
  • Coordinates internal job posting and transfers program.
  • Check references on potential hire, extend the validated offers
  • Update the candidates of the recruitment results.
  • Follow up on applicants to maintain the candidate pool.

​-    Arrange on-boarding program for new hire with HRSS    head departments

-    Enhance Employee Branding (EB) through:

  • Employer Value Propositions Employer of Choice
  • Plan or execute the talent programs to strengthen the company brand & value and organize Career event, Job fair to attract young talents for future need

3.     Talent Development

-    Develop internal potentials/leaders

-    Engage and involve all business leaders in the Talent Development process

  • Drive the Talent Validation processes in order to accelerate potentials development
  • Manage Potentials development through

-       Setting up individual development plans (IDP) and follow up on the actions.

-       Participation in development programs

-       Exposure to executives in specific events diversify the talent pool

4.     Other responsibilities of HR as Business Partner

  • Contribute to the organization design (skills, resources, processes
  • Constantly partnership with business leaders, proposes efficient HR solutions (costs / time) in talent acquisition and development
  • Work with HR Services to ensure the satisfactory level of HR service delivery in the country (C&B administration, data accuracy, effective use of HR tools/systems)

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years HR experience with focus on talent acquisition & development (L&D) in foreign companies.
  • Experience in workforce planning is a plus.
  • High energy level, passionate and result-oriented with good command of English (speaking & writing – TOEIC at least Pre-advance level 785)
  • Understanding of hi-tech industry and knowledgeable on local market labor and equal employment opportunity (EEO) in recruitment.
