Description

Responsibility:

  • Lead the product marketing to set outbound priorities, define goals and develop effective and compelling advertising solution
  • Partner with business team to develop and drive go-to-market through various channels (including public relations, events, speaking opportunities, channel market sales, etc.)
  • Collaborate with business product marketing in global markets to distill and surface market intel to shape future products
  • Define and scale best practices to drive adoption of products designed to increase advertiser value and activate new, emerging products and platforms
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and expertly prioritize work to efficiently deploy our finite go-to-market capacity
  • Solve global challenges with scaled solutions.

Must have:

  • 5+ years of work experience, including work in marketing, general management, product, consulting, communications or internet technology
  • Experience contributing at strategic and tactical levels as well as coaching a team to remove barriers
  • Understanding of our product suite, the industry, global nuances & client objectives
  • Experience solving complex problems with data
  • Experience working with the sales team, external clients, and small businesses
  • Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
  • Education: Bachelor of Business/marketing or relevant degree preferred.

Main job purpose:

You will be responsible for providing guidance to our marketing team by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning, communicate the marketing plans to those involved and build awareness and positioning to MML;s brands. Key accountabilities:

Education /Experience:

  • Education - ideally Master degree in Business, Marketing or Communications or related field
  • At least 15-20 years experiences and  at least 5 years management experience in the same level
  • High competency in project and stakeholder management
  • Experiences in running marketing campaign
  • Excellent interpersonal , details, professional and proactive work ethic
  • Experiences with digital marketing

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily activities of a team: devising research methods; setting-up laboratory test equipment; building models and prototypes; calculating and analyzing test results; preparing technical documents; and designing prototypes

  • Can work under high pressure environment
  • Knowledge of packaging technical software (CAD)

  • Good at working in team and independent as well
