Report to : Marketing Manager

Working : Ho Chi Minh city

  • Responsible for leading the Brand and Communications team to continually enhance our brand image; increase brand awareness, increase purchasing intention index, brand liking index and providing PR and social media solution, create partnership with other brands and maintain relationship with external organizations and gencies (e.g. news outlets, journalists and goverment).
  • Brand and Communications Leader is also be responsible for developing and maintain a strong brand name and image to achieve to goals of our company
  • Number of direct subordinates = 3


  • Maintain or improve brand value to keep company as market leader .
  • Leading Company strategy to be ahead 3 years of Competitors - Keeping Abreast of Competitors' Actions

Branding & Communication:

  • Make action plan for branding and commnucation activities
  • In charge of following strategy and direction for the brand, managing the brand guidelines in line with the company’s vision, mission, and objectives.
  • Responsible for increasing the company's brand awareness including to develop store image, product image, nivornment awareaness, safety awareaness.
  • Responsible for creating and implementing a long-term branding and communication strategy
  • Formulate and implement public relations strategies, selects and manages communications with external agencies and organizations (e.g. journalists and goverment), as well as develops media marketing strategies and others non-campaign activities.
  • Responsible for creating PR media and social media campaign
  • Responsible for managing and organizing internal events and external events to build up the brand of the company.
  • Plan and deliver community management strategy through social media
  • Guiding others team on issues related to the brand.


  • Lead, motivate and coach team members to achieve the goals of company
  • Creating, delivering and inspiring company culture to team members
  • Engage with customer to solve customer service issues and create positive PR opportunities
  • Prepare employees for assignment by establising and conducting orientation and training program
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplising related result
  • Influence others to make space for sympathy
  • Manage Brand Communication Unit in order to ensure approved budget


  • Set clear measurable job objectives so it's a matter of fact, not debate, whether or not your employees have reached their performance targets
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job description for all position
  • Maintain management guideline by preparing, updating, recommending related company policies, procedures and compliance


Education: University Degree in Business, Marketing or Economics


  • At least 3 years leading branding and communication teams
  • Capable of organizing large (50+ attendees) corporate events
  • Work experience in automotive industry is desired


  • Planning: Capable of orchestrating and organizing multiple tasks to complete a greater goal or objective
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing 4.0
  • Coordination: Work with multiple groups and indiviuals to successfully achieve a task or set of tasks
  • Communication: Good presentation skills, clearly convey thoughts and ideas to customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Innovation and creativity: Create fresh concepts
  • Vision: Completeness of understanding of present and future of market
  • Market awareaness: Deep understanding of auto industry and marketing methodologies
  • Good understanding of multi-channel communication including new media trends
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Mentoring: Ability to help team members learn and improve their skills and experience level

Languague: Fluent (speaking and writing) in English and Vietnamese

Job title: Marketing Product Manager

Salary: $3,000 - $5,000 + good benefit or negotiate

I. Summary of Job Purpose:

  • Lead and implement the overall marketing and strategic planning programs and corporate communications.
  • Facilitate business development through marketing programs.

II. Key Result Areas:

- Design, facilitate and implement annual marketing plan for the group and constituent hospitals/clinics.

  • Plan and administer the Marketing Operations budget.
  • Product training: All products of Company
  • Manage APMM in products develop
  • Drive group wide sales effort to customers across Insurance, Corporate and Direct patients as part of owning and achieving the annual target.
  • Organize and implement customer (corporate, insurance, direct etc) relations including: customer satisfaction surveys, customer development activities, special events.
  • Drive business development activities including on designing and implementing prospecting and customer contact systems.
  • Receive and answer Medical Inquiries as in SOPs.
  • Oversee corporate communications activities including: external communications and processes internal communications, public relations efforts, online communications (website, social media etc)

III. Qualifications requirement:

  1. Education and Experience: Doctor / Pharmacist Bachelor. A business degree from a reputable institution with postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA is preferred. A Marketing post-graduate qualification will be highly desirable.
  2. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned and well-rounded leader with at least five years as Product Manager position in Marketing with track record in marketing management, strategic planning and administering marketing programs. Prior experience in marketing role for healthcare/ pharma/ medical equipment industry is preferred.
  3. Languages and Communication Skills: Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese, both spoken and written.
  4. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft business applications.
  5. Other Skills/Experience:
  • Strong commercial skills, good financial literacy, strong influencing skills and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

- Excellent understanding of Vietnamese business environment and competitive landscape as well as government regulations and compliance requirements.
