Desired Skills, Attributes and Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing the Rooms Division in 5-star hotels
• Pre-opening experience within Vietnam is essential
• Thorough knowledge of developing guest service strategies and delivering seamless guest experiences
• Ability to effectively and efficiently coordinate the daily activities in both Front Office and Housekeeping
• Collaborative spirit, energetic, positive and creative
• A sense of integrity, personal conviction, passion and compassion – and the ability to consistently convey these as a leader
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively
• Fluent English and Vietnamese ( both written and spoken)
