Production Manager
- Manufacturing / Logistics
- Oversee the production process, draw up production schedules;
- Ensure that production is cost-effective, timely and of good quality;
- Respond for production planning and keep up to date with production methods and technology.
- Manage the adherence to prescribe procedures and ensure first pass quality meets or exceeds planned goals;
- Draft a timescale for the job; estimate costs and set quality standards;
- Co-operate with related Departments to meet target of factory plan and deliver finish goods on time
- Follow up with warehouse and purchasing to make sure all resources (material, tools and machine) adapt production requirement.
- Work with maintenance team to maintain all machines and tools working in good condition.
- Ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedure;
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed;
- Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs;
Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices;
- Liaise among different departments, e.g. Suppliers, managers;
- Manage production report, solve problem if have and report to General Manager, Plants about production situation.
- Work with General Manager, Plants and head of other department to implement the company's policies and goals;
- Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedures for all production operations;
- Supervise and motivate a team of workers; review performance of subordinates;
- Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development training/ coaching to achieve objectives;
Requirement:
• University Degree of Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years experience as Production Manager in mechanical and fabrication factory.
• Strong leadership skill.

Education Requirements:
- Tertiary education
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management
- Extensive experience in all aspects of supplier relationship management
- Possess a good understanding of the Petroleum, Chemical & Food industries’ industrial packaging needs

Welding & Grinding Supervisor

Report to: Production Director
Responsibilities:
- Management of a Production department of over 50 people with plan to increase headcount to 80 within 2 to 3 months
- Ensure the smooth running of the production process
- Ensure that all products are produced manufactured correctly, cost efficiently and according to technical specifications and quality standards
- Arrange weekly production planning for each line based on Planning Department instructions and monitor implementation
- Meet targets and deadlines and deliver orders on time and according to quality standards
- Define precise production capabilities for each production lines and manage capabilities improvement over time
- Responsible for efficiency and productivity of the whole production process and improvement over time (lean manufacturing) and optimization of the lines
- Responsible for 5S and for machines cleanliness
- Responsible for risk assessment of every line and type of machines, identification of necessary PPE and safety measures and strict utilization of PPE
- Leadership responsibilities

Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:
- Regularly creating and updating marketing material such as pictures, catalogue, newsletters, brochures, posters, website pages and others, combining pictures, designs and texts content on products for external communication in support to sales team in its development mission.
- Photography, producing technical pictures (furniture, decoration items…) and managing pictures data base
- Support in writing press releases and brand identity to present products and services to customer.
- Handle customers’ requests regarding customers’ websites feeding
- Contribute to the process of creating new products
- Create and implement the Company packaging design standards and rules
- Contribute to feeding and managing our prospective/client database
Requirements:

Financial Controller

- Set up and produce the monthly management reporting package
- Make analysis on company overall operation efficiency, identify areas of progress and makes recommendations
- Set up a monitoring system for the furniture business raw material business and perform analysis as needed
- Calculate CBDs (Cost Break Down) for ceramics products and calculate monthly margin by product for Ceramics business
- Assist Financial Control Director in:
- Preparing a 5 years financial planning model for each company and regularly update it based no actual performances
- Managing the Group management accounting system and recommend actions to improve its accuracy, reliability and adequacy to management needs
- Assessing short, mid and long term development strategy as well as undertaking financial assessment of projects
- Preparing financing files for financial institutions
- Overviewing the Ceramics business statistics team
- Assist the Financial Controller Director in the implementation of the following projects:
- SAP project completion including CRM, accounting and costing as well as raw material data base with expected completion date being April 2015
