  • Develop & Align Joint Business Plan to deliver Business target (Top-line & Bottom line) of both companies and increase P&G Value Share.
  • Manage Promotion budget; Plan & Execute Promotion activities
  • Deliver in-store fundamentals (Distribution, Pricing, Merchandising)
  • Deploy, lead, manage Operation team to ensure the company new launch, new initiative, event, activation, store opening.
  • Participate in the integrated commercial planning process through development of annual Joint Business Plan that support brand and channel plans.
  • Manage, penetrate and develop relationships with key customers at all levels.
  • Be responsible for the account’s sales target and business goals
  • Plan & design promotion scheme, manage in-store execution by account.
  • Manage promotion and visibility budget.

Job Requirement

  • Prefer Graduated University or College degree.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, experiences in B2B , Key Account Management.
  • English: listening, speaking, reading, writing fluently

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure HR Policies and Procedures are aligned with the company's culture, strategy, objectives and standards, and comply with local legislation.

  • Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analysing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
  • Budget control: In cooperation to Chief Financial Officer, Prepares budgets of human resource operations. Managing Employee Recognition programs, Performance & Reward programs, recruitment, Employment cost
  • Manage all the records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as leave records, hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
  • Develop and maintain effective internal & external communication methods.
  • Administer effective delegation in all departments. Establish clear and accountable guidelines (SOP) and authority levels so as to enable direct and efficient decisions to be made.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 05 years of experience in the same position in a manufacturing environment. Prefer hometown is in Ha Nam/ Ha Noi.
  • Fluently in English Work experience in international companies is critical.
  • Highly skill in Microsoft Office: Word, excel and Power point.
  • Strong experience in management system, personnel strategy, can analyse the overall system design;

Key Responsibilities


  • Propose and implement Annual Marketing plan.

2.1. General Requirements:

  • Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the Marketing Department.

  • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.

  • Interact with sales for flow of data and sales closures;
  • Revenue-related: To help Language Link increase its new public sales (both in term of student number and revenue) through DM by 15%.

2.3. Branding and Content Management

  • Giving feedback to Management for Branding strategy and new approach and models. Need to make a monthly presentation to management
  • Creating concept of Campaigns and implementation planning
  • Creating brand narrative and identity and liaising with marketing for implementation and implementing campaigns
  • Liaise with Vendors, Academics to create content for marketing
  • Create mechanism to measure effectiveness by measuring effects on sales

2.4. Other tasks:

  • Work directly with Business line manager and director of the following businesses:
  • Contribute to the Link Up development project
  • Support the marketing function of the Franchise business.


  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or Communications.
  • A minimum of five (5) years work experience in a management capacity required in one of the following media-related fields: marketing, journalism, public relations and or communications.
  • Marketing and Public Relations experience at education preferred.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills to deal effectively with all business contacts and manage high-profile relationships with clients and members of the media.
  • Strong organizational skills a must. Candidate must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and handle high-stress situations.
  • Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is encouraged.
