Job title: HR Manager
Salary: $2,500 – $3,000
Working location: Long An + Ho Chi Minh city

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure HR Policies and Procedures are aligned with the company's culture, strategy, objectives and standards, and comply with local legislation.
  • Establish clear Instruction Mechanisms so all employees comply with the HR Policies and Procedures.
  • Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labour relations.
  • Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
  • Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analysing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
  • Budget control: In cooperation to Chief Financial Officer, Prepares budgets of human resource operations. Managing Employee Recognition programs, Performance & Reward programs, recruitment, Employment cost
  • Manage all the records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as leave records, hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
  • Develop and maintain effective internal & external communication methods.
  • Administer effective delegation in all departments. Establish clear and accountable guidelines (SOP) and authority levels so as to enable direct and efficient decisions to be made.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 05 years of experience in the same position in a manufacturing environment. Prefer hometown is in Long An/ HCMC.
  • Fluently in English Work experience in international companies is critical.
  • Highly skill in Microsoft Office: Word, excel and Power point.
  • Strong experience in management system, personnel strategy, can analyse the overall system design;
  • Leadership, teamwork, gaining cooperation from others. High responsibility, dedication to the job

Key Responsibilities.

  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department;
  • Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs;
  • Recommending and developing new policies, approaches, and procedures in compliance with the local regulations;

  • Implement the company’s compensation and benefits programs and activities so that they meet the company’s objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness. These programs may include: job evaluation and classification; salary administration; short-term, long-term and sales incentive plans; employee benefits
  • Assist CEO in developing and implementing compensation strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the company’s overall reward strategy.
  • Analyze external market data as well as internal data about the company’s current employee population and future human resource needs for CEO to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the company’s reward strategy.
  • Compose communications to employees regarding benefits, compensation practices
  • Coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
  • Consult employees about Company policies.
  • Other tasks assigned by the CEO and BOD.

Requirements

  • At least +10 years in human resources include +5 years of experience in HR Director HR Head position;
  • Experience working in FMCG/ Food & Beverage MNC company is a plus;
  • Understanding legal HR laws;
  • Bachelor’s degree; preferred human resource major.
  • Exceptional communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset;
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints;
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors;
  • Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution;
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems;

Job title: Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the Company’s tax compliance,computing taxes and preparing tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements
  • Responsible for the prompt payment of all taxes, statutory contributions, levies, rates and assessments.
  • Providing financial support to team members
  • Liaise with the Company’s tax consultants and advisers on all matters and provide necessary support to them for timely response to tax queries and resolution and closure of all tax audits.
  • Co-ordinate the documentation of the Company’s Policy and any update thereto from time to time, and work with the appropriate personnel of the Company to ensure compliance with the Transfer Pricing (TP) Regulations as necessary.
  • Liaise with the Company’s tax consultants and advisers to obtain fiscal incentives, grants and benefits as the Company may be entitled to from the appropriate Government agencies and ensure their efficient utilization.
  • In all cases, to work closely with the Company’s tax consultants and advisers to achieve the Company’s financial, fiscal and commercial objectives.
  • Review all contracts to ensure tax efficiency and optimization and seek advice from the Company’s tax adviser’s and consultants as appropriate.
  • Manage all tax risks associated with the Company’s business. Define and manage resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billings and collections.
  • Ensure that all agreements registered to The Government agencies are up to date and valid for tax purposes. Maintain relationships and be confident in interacting with Government authorities
  • Develop, articulate and implement the Company’s tax strategy, evaluate and monitor progress thereon periodically.
  • Advise the Company on changes and tax laws and regulations and analyze the impact on the Company’s business and its response thereto.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance
  • Tax certificate and CPA/ACCA holder are preferred
  • Logical thinking and good attitude towards company target
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax practice in a reputable firm and or industry as the same level
  • Knowledge of manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Strong commercial sense
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills
