Description
Report to: Chief Agency Officer
Responsibilities:
- Agency Training
- Develops the overall sales training strategy
- Manages sales training team in developing and implementing product and sales technique training programs
- Develops and implements sales management training programs.
- Designs and implements organization development programs for branch offices and sales units to boost morale, solve human relations/work-related conflicts and problems among field associates
- Develops, designs, implements and evaluates training and education programs for existing or new distribution channels for the life insurance and pre-need products
- Prepares and manages annual sales training budget
- Agent Recruitment
- Set up and standardizes agents’ recruitment and contracting guidelines and procedures; includes set-up of internal controls and requirements; ensures consistent compliance of sales management, field force and licensing staff
- Ensures Company compliance to regulatory requirements for agency licensing
- Manage agents’ recruitment team
Requirement:
- 7 year experience at management level on developing, training and educating sales management and field force, direct sales and management involving financial products

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates & aligns with Corporate, Regional Compliance and Business Units on the Enterprise Market Conduct Policy and Risk Control matrix
- Generates and assesses market conduct trends via the Risk Indicator Monitoring (RIM) tool on consistent basis
- Reviews and tracks potential risk trends by Business Unit, derives appropriate recommendations and actions
- Leads Business Unit’s FMU to mitigate the risks and advises senior management of any potential risk trend and preventive measures
- Conducts periodic sales practices health check and market conduct training to ensure appropriate sales behaviors
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in agency sales management and supports
- Insurance based qualification such as FLMI, CFP is an added advantage
- Understanding of sales compliance and experiences within its framework is preferable

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of Agency Support
- Implement sales initiatives & contest for agency force, monitor results and fulfil contest incentives
- Plan and execute core agency recognition programs, annual agency awards, conventions and kick-offs
- Develop and print core recognition collaterals
- Assist in customer facing collaterals and develop agent facing collaterals
- Prepare various agency management reports for agency management and Executives
- Ensure systems and procedures are catered to existing company standards and requirements for Agent Contracts, Termination, Agency Compensation, Clubs and Awards
- Function as a communication hub for all depts
- Manage the documentation of compensation and work closely with Distribution Compensation Team
- Responsible for agency force complaints management
- To represent Agency in the Annual Business Planning meeting and as a main contact point with other relevant depts
- Maintain and manage the P&L account of Agency and prepare management report for DCEO on a monthly basis
- Monitor process of agency related project as endorsed by DECO
- Sit on Product Development / Implementation and Corporate Marketing Committee and prioritize agency distribution product / marketing projects requests and needs

- Develops business strategy and plans in cooperation with Agency Development, Corporate sales, Actuaries and others

Report to: Deputy GD – Chief Operating Officer
Responsibilities:
- Develops policies, procedures, guidelines and service standards
- Manages the different functions to be able to deliver services and meet goals
- Keeps attuned to customer feedback/comments, resolves complaints, and draws up action plans
- Manages employee morale through the implementation of various reward, recognition and work-life balance programs
- Supports Sales/Marketing campaigns and company-wide initiatives (as required)
- Works and manages relations with the management of the Distribution channel
- Ensure quality of service delivery of the entire chain
- Appraises and approves benefit claims within prescribed approval limits
- Reviews and approves check request within approval limits and initially reviews
- Attends to all claim inquiries
- Secures inputs from business experts outside of Claims and consolidates and evaluates all comment
- Conducts monthly post-audit of claims
- Conducts training for Claim Analyst
- Prepares, monitors and controls annual plans and budgets
Requirement:
- Bachelor of Business
- 5 years in CS/Policy Administration, 3 years as manager
- LOMA Certifications: ACS, PCS and FLMI
