Job title: Training Manager
Salary: $3,000 – $4,000
Working location: Ho Chi Minh city

Key Responsibilities

TRAINING:

• Building plan, content, cost and schedule training, training on product knowledge and outside.

TEAM MANAGEMENT:

• Manage work of all the members in the Training Department.
• HR management: management, allocation, training, guidance for staff to fulfill the job well
• Support members to complete the work well and achieve whole team target
• Central point to solve team problems and propose solutions
• Some other work assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, Business Administration or relevant major
• Experience at least more than 5 years in the field of factory training, retail systems
• Good communication, fast
• Experienced in managing and building a training team
• Age from <= 35 years
• Knowledge in labour law
• Honest, confident, can work under pressure and the ability to convey information well
• Ability to work independent/as a team
• Human relations skill
• Organization skill
