Job title: Brand Manager

Reporting to: Marketing Director

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies/plans and lead implementation of these strategies/plans to grow a brand, directly responsible for the brand’s health (consumer measures) and its in-market performance (volume, share and profitability)
  • Drive relevant cross-departmental colleagues towards common goals for the brand in specific projects by leading a team to evaluate and launch new products and marketing initiatives. Tasks include market analysis, consumer research, concept development, advertising development, and launch plan development, execution, and tracking
  • Constantly analyze consumer and market trends, and competitive situations to identify emerging segments, unmet consumer needs, and business issues and recommend action plans
  • Manage marketing budget
  • Manage and develop subordinates (assistant brand managers/brand executives)


  • University graduate majoring in Marketing, Business Administration
  • At least 03 years of experience working in the field of MKT at the same position in FMCG, MNC companies
  • Adapting well to work and working environment.
  • Complete well the assigned tasks.
  • Enthusiastic and enthusiastic at work.
  • Honest and responsible
  • Young, Dynamic, age from 8x, hard-work
