Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and reporting of stock levels and usage rates for all raw materials. Assistance to plants in optimization of working capital (inventory optimization)
• Preparation of PO and PR documentation with identification of recommended suppliers. Ongoing critical review of specifications for all purchases with appropriate internal customers and suppliers
• Expediting key orders
• Identifying, negotiating and preparing contracts for all logistic activities to secure safe, reliable and timely deliveries/shipments of raw goods
• Satisfying requirements of the internal and external customers

• University Degree
• 3 Years Experience
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal & analytical skills
• Good logistics & administration skills
• Good PC skills MS Office, especially Excel & Power Point
• Good English (Oral and written)
• Good time management skill, able to work under pressure, heavy workloads and tight deadlines
