Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading design activities and management of design activities of third-party design consultants
  • Manage and develop the master plans and design documents for real estate Projects
  • Create innovative concept designs and master plans for new development projects, and develop design solutions which take into consideration the requirements of the Vietnamese market
  • Assist in the review of market studies and preparation of design briefs including preliminary area programs
  • Manage the pre-qualification, preparation and selection of third-party design consultants for new projects
  • Coordinate the design submissions required for local authority approval
  • Manage the activities of third-party design consultants including architects, engineers and interior designers, and oversee design coordination activities
  • Assist in the coordination of operator activities
  • Lead design presentations and workshops
  • Conduct design reviews and participate in value engineering workshops
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and websites for new projects including floor plans, renderings, models and other design information
  • Assist in creating systems and procedures for managing the design process
  • Assist in addressing and resolving design issues, and participate in field inspections during the construction phase
  • Provide strong design team leadership, and encourage an environment of collaboration & continuous development of capabilities within the group
  • Participate in recruiting process for design staff including interviewing and candidate selection
  • Participate in performance assessment and career development activities including the development of training programs for the design team staff
  • Promote the company values on a continuous basis, and ensure that they provide the foundation of the design group activities
  • Develop effective communication among design staff, management team, and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate effectively with other companies with the company and assist in managing design issues
  • Contribute to the promotion of turnkey (design/build) solutions for property development projects
  • Attend regular meetings with the senior management team
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports
  • Carry out responsibilities with a high standard of care, skill and diligence, and maintain the highest ethical standards
  • Act in good faith to promote the success of the company for the benefit of shareholders and employees
