Position: Executive Assistant CEO

Salary: USD 1,500- USD 2,000

Report: CEO

Working location: Ho Chi Minh city

Responsibilities:

• Assist CEO the daily administration tasks/ paper works.
• Provide general administrative support to the executive leadership team.
• Direct responsibility for meeting preparation ( meeting minutes, schedules, prepare the necessary information for the meeting )
• Perform advanced and confidential administrative duties as required by daily office operations
• Process reports for Executives Team & CEO
• Greets internal and external customers
• Perform a variety of highly confidential and complex administrative duties.
• Meeting preparation (meeting minutes, schedule, booking the meeting room and prepare the necessary information for the meeting, research,
• Contact outside organizations for necessary communication, meeting scheduling, and event scheduling
• Manage multiple schedules and travel plans, maintain appointment schedules and calendars, and arrange meetings
• Responsible for any other additional duties as assigned by CEO

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-5 years' related work experiences.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field
3. Can fluently speak English + can do good paperwork ( report )
4. High sense of business target, multi-task can be, flexible mind,
5. Positive career up ( in future want to be managing director at the final career )
6. Preferably experiences in trading business, business
7. N2 Japanese advantages,
