• Custom-made OEM mechanical production in charge of:
• Washers, meaning new machinery, recruitment
• Technical studies, new premises
• New components using other technologies
• Stamping (punching)
• Machining (machine tools)
• Plastic injection
• Assembly
• The qualified Factory Manager will be taken care of the strategic targets in development & management the plant in Vietnam:
• Quality Insurance 
• Level 1: ISO 9001
• Level 2: TS
• Level 3: ISO 9100 (aeronautics)
• New Product development 
• Level 1: Stamping/Punching. Typical product: product washers
• Level 2: Machining. Typical product: Components for assembly or machines
• Level 3: Plastic injection. Typical product:  Components for assembly or machines
• Level 4: Assembly. Any type of components for industry (manufacturing)
• Staff recruitment & management & development
• Chief of workshop/Technicians: Recruitment/ Training/Motivation and follow-up
• People working behavior: Change their minds or put out; in any case identify them clearly
• Solve security issues (steals, wild strikes, threatens, etc)
• Operation Management
• “PMS” software: Properly use for production times and cost management
• SAP software implementation (next step)
• Infrastructure Management
• Repair existing buildings
• Build a new one in 2015
• Build a new one in 2016
• Machinery reparation & maintenance
