Responsibilities:
The Head of Corporate Services directs, evaluates, administers, and coordinates the Corporate Services activities of the organization in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the Board of Directors
Be responsible for ensuring that Healthcare’s services operate within Group SOPs, policies, procedures and resource allocations. The role is also responsible for overseeing the development, implementation and monitoring the delivery of services by or to external parties.
Play a key role assisting the Management in the capacity to manage multiple competing priorities in an extremely fast-paced environment, while moving forward to achieve long-term strategic goals.
Develop and foster effective collaboration between Corporate Services functions and business operations, consultant specialists and other affiliated work groups to ensure an integrated approach to providing services
Oversee the management of Corporate Services processes, service delivery and relevant resources to achieve optimum levels of efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Business or Hospital Administration.
Up to 7 years experience in a medium to large and complex private hospital operations, at a management leadership level.
Strong knowledge of administration management and background in quality systems. Well developed planning, organizational development skills.
Demonstrated leadership and complex organizational management skills.
Proven success in development and implementation of strategic and operational plans.
Working knowledge of information systems capabilities and appreciation of data for meaningful management decisions.
