Key Responsibilities:


  • To manage all aspects of HR resource processes and practice (workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employees learning and development, retention management, performance assessment program) 
  • Develop and implement HR policies and regulation of the company 
  • To support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategies and objectives
  • To promote corporate values and enable business success through human management, organization development, employee cycle changes, talent management and labor relations. 
  • Represent the HR Department both internally and externally. 


  • To check, advise and control all Office operation.
  • Planning for cost control of relevant issues under responsibilities of admin.
  • To arrange, assign and handle internal admin works to strengthen the admin team 
  • To make report, give solution and get advices from Management on outstanding problems

Job Requirement

  • English Proficiency is a plus. 
  • A high level of computer literacy 
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
  • Bachelor degree with Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law or any relevant major.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager/ Manager specialized in HR or equivalent. 
  • In deep knowledge of Vietnam labor law.
