JOB DESCRIPTION
Position/Job Title: Human Resources Director
Reporting to: Regional South East HR Director
Purpose/Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Business Partner and LO organization Development.
- Ensure that we are aligning with global/regional HR strategies
- Providing best HR solution and services to attract, develop, motivate and retain the best people.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of communication with Management and contribute to the decision-making process of structuring and developing the team for the organization.
- Cultivate and maintain positive employee relations in the work environment and create a culture of trust between management and employees.
- Research and propose appropriate changes/revisions in employee compensation, benefit, welfare and tax programs
- Ensures to keep employees aware, on a continuing basis, of HR policies and benefit programs.
- Recommend and lead programs for the personal development of employees, and to work together in providing professional advices on career development and planning for them.
- Establish, implement and update guidelines and policies for local employees and, in cooperation with regional/global HR, ensures that uniform standards of employment are maintained and updated.
- Acts as the main contact person on HR services and support in liaison office, such as recruitment process and employment, compensation and benefit administration, employee movements, employee relations and disciplinary proceedings etc.
- Participate in HQ/Global Operations HR programs as directed and supervised by HR Lead, to coordinate HR projects such as performance assessments, salary reviews and personnel/technical training as defined by the Project Lead
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- MS-Office skills, SAP experience is a plus
- Experience in managing team
- Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills to all employees including management.
Requisite Education/Experience:
- Diploma or degree from educational entity focusing on Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years proven experience in human resources management with an international company
- Well versed with local labor ordinance
- Mature, well-organized and pro-active
- Customer oriented with approachable personality and strong interpersonal skills
- Very good in both oral and written English and in Microsoft Window softwares operation
- A good team player with sound supervisory and management skills
