Main Duties:         

• Contribute to identify Opportunities for related Business Unit(s)
• Contribute to build I&R Pipeline (5G and 3G)
• Support Concept Pipeline
• Lead Concept Refinement with speed by providing a consumer, brand & portfolio perspective and continuously developing by coordinating with multi-functional resources
• Act as Category NPDI Gate Keeper. Also responsible for preparation and leading BU NPDI Gate Meeting with solutions to overcome launch bottle necks.
• Identify & propose appropriate resource levels (people, funding, timing) based on relative project importance
• Ensure Compliance, Registration and Nutritional Assessment for I&R
• Conduct Post Launch Evaluation & Presentation after 3 months and 6 months launch, as inputs for Brand Team to take corrective actions, if needed

Requirements:

• Proven success in Innovation / Renovation
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional resources 
• Ideally Degree in Marketing but not mandatory
• 5+ years in FMCG with commercial track record
