Report to: Head of Legal and Compliance

Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of the Head of Legal and Compliance (“Head of L&C”), provides legal services and support to company
• Under the direction of the Head of L&C, primarily responsible for trademark and other intellectual property matters
• Provides timely and updated information to top management on relevant legal developments
• Provides legal advice and opinions on various issues to various internal customers
• Drafts and reviews contracts and other legal documents
• Performs such other work as the Head of L&C may assign from time to time

Requirement:

• Able to work independently whilst working in a team-setting environment
• Strong analytical abilities and good judgment
• Good interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with people across the organisation and regulators and ability to build cooperative relationships
• Familiar with the regulatory environment in Vietnam
• Spot issues relating to the group and flag the same to the Head of L&C
• Draft well-written contracts and legal documents
• Excellent research skills
