Job title: Logistics Manager
Responsibilities:
- Implement best-in-class supply chain processes/tools with integration with global practices and support of APAC central supply chain team.
- Establish and manage operative costs budget for Warehousing and transportation.
- Develops a continuous improvement approach in all areas of responsibility.
- Manage order consolidation and transportation.
- Manage import and export formalities and ensure customs compliance procedures are followed.
- Coordinate products flows from various factories to maximize container loading.
- Evaluate operating performance of 3rd party logistics providers.
- Manage FG inventory control, and warehouse management.
- Collaborate with cross functional partners (internal and external) to assist in achieving supply chain performance target and financial goals in VSOP.
- Ensure SAP adoption and synchronized transaction based on daily operations.
- Manage and develop logistics team in VSOP to accomplish superior service level to the customers at optimized cost.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Education & Working Exerience Required
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management/Logistics preferred;
- Minimum 5 in supply chain management/logistics, preferably in manufacturing industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team spirit.
- Strong planning, time management and decision-making skills
- Eager to get the job done, exceeding expectations
- Ability to communicate and to summarize
- Be able to work under pressure and with multitasks
- Experience in inventory management, logistics management and warehouse management.
- Knowledge of customs requirements (HS determination, trade agreements inside Asia and other regions, documentation,…).
- Ability to coach people towards their full potential and autonomy to perform.
- Experience with 3PL activities management.
Other Requirements:
- Excellent communication in verbal and written – English & Vietnamese – French is a plus
- Good command of PC skills
- Experience with ERP (SAP an asset)
