• We are looking for a Marketing Manager who takes initiative, is willing to state their opinions and ideas and listen to others, looks for new and creative solutions, understands the beauty of design and the needs of the client, and can thrive in a fast-paced professional work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 05 years of experience in as a marketing manager or equivalent position.
• Experienced with 4- and 5-star resorts and high-end apartment and villa projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong management skills.
• Have worked for a foreign company, proficiency in English.
• Able to work in a very professional atmosphere and get along with highly-trained international developers and investors.
• Highly motivated, hardworking, creative, high attention to detail.
• Manage complex scheduling and persistently work to adhere to schedules, deadlines and goals.

Main responsibilities:

Marketing

• Develops and coordinates marketing plans (branding, project marketing, customer service) and strategies for the company; monitors, reviews and reports on all marketing activities, results and staff performance.
• Manages, supervises and directs Concept for Marketing and Graphic Design. Able to market high-end brand products and must have a creative vision to promote our brand to its fullest extent.
• Determines and manages the marketing budget, ensuring that all services are delivered on time and under budget.
• Recruits and trains marketing staff.
