Position: Phiên dịch viên cao cấp tiếng Hàn – Senior KoreanTranslator

Report to : General Director

Salary : USD 2,000- USD 2,800

Working location : Industrial Park ( bus transportation)

Accountabilities:

•  Assist General Director to arrange the daily business administrative affair.
• Attend and translate all the internal Operation Team Meetings as well as with other Departments in the whole company.
• Translated all documents (from Vietnamese to Korean and vice versa)
• Advice and translate documents related to Administration & Supporting Dept. such as assign tasks for internal team, all kind of approval for payment, other document, etc.
• Contacted with Client by email or phone to consult about the orders and report to Director.
• Attended the meetings and take notes of meeting minutes.
• Arranged company events: meeting, seminar, training, staff function every month, and other activities for the company.

Requirements:

• Graduated from professional Korean Academy or relevant degree.
• At least 3 years working experiences in translator, personal executive assistant, personal secretary.
• Young and dynamic, Positive thinking, careful manner, well- organization, good analysis, hard working.
• High team work spirit, good interpersonal skills, leadership skills.
• Able to travel for business.
• Will get a great chance to attend oversea training frequently.
• Potential skills to be developed as a senior leader.
