Role:
Manage overall QC activities in QC function to achieve the targets
Accountabilities:
- Facilitate the development of product in the manufacturing process through transfer of best practice tools, building & implementation of an operating quality systems;
- Provide technical support to new and existing business initiatives and product rollouts including ingredient/ product approvals;
- Build a detailed knowledge base of local regulations on ingredients/ additives/ packaging/ labeling through interaction with local technical networks/ organization/ government agencies;
- Responsible on market Quality Control and customer complain;
- Create awareness around Quality across all functions within Business Unit
- Develop/ coach sufficient skills and succession for the QC staff.
Requirements:
- Technical University graduation in major Food Technology / Food chemical / Biotechnology
- At least 5 years of experience in Lab/ Quality Control (preferable in Beverage/ Milk/ Food)
- Knowledge/Training in GMP/ HACCP/ TQM / ISO is an advantage
- Responsible, proactive, able to work under high pressure, logical thinking
- Good at budget management, and coaching skill
- Fluent Communication Skills in English : speaking, writing, listening, reading & translate technical documents
