Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the quarterly order intake run rate / income performance of the assigned industry segment / sales team.
• Development and management of key Accounts for the assigned industry segment.
• Assisting Company Manager in providing supervisory duties to the sales team assigned including managing, monitoring, guiding, developing and leading the sales team in meeting the assigned yearly sales/income target.
• Build collaborative relationships with the functional heads of the other departments to drive the successful implementation of sales activities.
• Ensuring all sales and business processes are performed in accordance to Company’s policies and procedures by all sales staff
